These guys are truly professionals. My 2002 Ford Excursion developed a fuel leak yesterday in single digit temps and 1,200 from home. These guys jumped on it and had me out by noon. Ford place around corner couldn’t even look at it until tomorrow, Friday. Not sure why as their service was empty and the attendant there was asleep after being put on hold by someone else.
THESE GUYS KNOW VEHICLES!

I ripped the wheel well and undercarriage of my car trying to make a u-turn on a small mountain road. Thank goodness they were open on the weekend! Sam helped me jerry rig a temporary fix that should be enough to get me back to Denver. Thanks Sam!

I was coming out of a meeting the Saturday of Labor Day, when my car wouldn’t start. After push starting it, I was frantically calling around trying to find a mechanic that was open. Summit Mobile Service was open and said to bring my car by and they’ll diagnose it right away. They were able to save me money and get my car fixed that day! The staff was so friendly and helpful, I will continue to bring my car to them.

I described my specific and only slightly unusual tire type three different times to two separate people, asking specifically to talk to a mechanic instead of just a reception person (as this was very important to get right) i provided a very detailed description of exactly what I needed, I stressed that i was in a bit of a hurry and needed to know for sure I could be taken care of. I then kept them on the phone for an additional minute or two to state my request essentially a 4^th time.
When I showed up, they said they couldn’t help me. I couldn’t have been more clear, they couldn’t have been more stupid.

The hourly rate here is a little high on the weekends, but I’m pretty sure this place saved my life merely by being open on Sundays. My wheels hadn’t been properly ratcheted down and well… I don’t like to think about how that could have ended.
You’ll pay a bit more for the service, but be glad you have this place as an option when you need it.

So my clutch went out on my Jeep Wrangler and I ended up getting 3 different quotes. This place saved me a little over $ 300 and my jeep was ready the next day. We also ended up bringing our camper in after something with the breaks was acting up. Thank god it was only a hose and it only cost $ 65. As a female I always worry I’m going to be taken advantage of, but I’ve had nothing but good experiences here.

The only reason they get two stars is that i got good vibes off the people I talked with. everything else about my experience was an overcharged nightmare that kept me stranded for three days longer than I should have been. They called me once to say that parts were 4 – 7 days away, but they could overnight them, and they arrived three days later. They did not deliver anything as promised and were incredibly frustrating to get a hold of. in fact impossible to talk to the shop without walking in. Save yourself the headache and take your car to Mike’s Mountain Motors in Frisco
