I just took 12 watches to the kiosk in Silverdale Mall. It was an hour before closing on a Sunday night. I was greeted immediately with, «I’ll be right with you, Ma’am!» though the clerk was busy with another customer.(So easy, yet so rare these days!) She assured me it would be no problem to replace batteries in all watches before closing. She chatted easily with me as she collected the watches, and got right to work. I left and came back to pick up the watches, and she was, once again, busy with another customer. I watched as she treated this man with the same easy respect and help as I’d experienced earlier. Again, she said she’d be right with me and that she had finished with all of my watches! Who would think that the best service in town would be at a Watchmaster kiosk in the mall? But it was, and she made it look easy. Kat was her name and she made my day! I thanked her for her genuinely respectful and helpful service and told her to follow her dreams, as she has that skill that is so difficult to teach, and so obviously above and beyond the rest. Thanks again, Kat. And thank you, Watchmaster, for hiring so well!
