We visited this dog park as it was only a few minutes away from my grandma’s house. This is my second dog park experience. I was very impressed! It is super spacious with tons of space to run, play fetch, and explore. There is a small and big dog area with random toys laying around. There is a double fenced entrance for both sections of the dog park which makes you feel very secure about letting your dog off leash. There is very many dogs playing every time we went. They were all friendly ! We even met a volunteer from the nonprofit who manages the park. He had two sweet pugs who followed him around as he took out the trash. This is definitely a dog park that I can see myself happily sitting at a picnic table relaxing while my Shiba runs free!

Brought my puppy here and an old wizard by the name of Gundar The Wise turned my little puppy into a magic, fire breathing, death dealing, hobbit consuming dragon. Overall I did enjoy the park but was mortified by the tragedy that befell on poor little Truffle.

Very nice place for my dog to play. Love to watch all the puppies and different breeds that come and go.

Needs GRASS. I took my dogs here once and won’t return. It felt just dirty, depressing and blah. Leashing up the pups and walking through clear creek was DELIGHTFUL though! I recommend skipping the«park» and just walk the dogs along the trails.

I’m going to read a review now, but I fully expect to update my review once the weather gets a little bit nicer. So far, the other patrons of this dog park have been fantastic. Everyone we have encountered has been very friendly and respectful of each other’s pets. The reason I’m giving this dog park three out of five stars(but truly hope to update this to a higher score once spring has sprung) is that it is not very well-kept. The benches are very crooked and extremely dirty, and there is a number of very large puddles in the walkway near the entrance. Yes, I realize this is Washington state… But it’s quite simple to redirect the flow of water in a place like this, that is so intentionally landscaped. I certainly don’t have a problem with my dogs getting dirty or even muddy, but the amount of water that gathers is a little bit ridiculous. I’m hoping that as spring hits the Kitsap parks department will do a little bit more for maintenance and his dog park… Will definitely keep coming because we love the other people that go, and their dogs.

There is running water in the dog park now. The spigot is located within the small dog area just as you enter the park. There are plenty of bags available for owners to pick up their pet’s messes and trash cans located at the entrance and center of the dog park. Lots and lots of benches!

Really nice park, plenty of grass and shade. Benches to sit on and watch your dog run around. Overall my four month old puppy loved it.

Adopted a four month old puppy in January, and now that she’s had her shots, we decided to start taking her to the park more often. The parking here is smaller than it probably should be, but once you’re inside, the space makes up for it. Lots of room for the dogs to run, and everything was kept reasonably clean. We’ll definitely be bringing her back.

Might become our preferred dog park. We usually go to the Bremerton Bark park since it is closer to our house, but decided to head to Silverdale to take our dog somewhere a little different. We were really surprised to see so many dogs of different sizes here. At least 50 or 60 dogs having a great time in there. This park is much more well maintained than I expected. Some nice benches and a pretty big size to let everyone run around. The parking lot was pretty cramped though. Also make sure you bring your own water. Great place to relax with the dogs.
