I had the Spicy Island Chicken & my friend had the Jamaican Jerk Chicken. We traded each other a skewer. This is my favorite food truck to date. I’m used to the hotdog trucks in Seattle but Island food?! Game over! I do wish I could find them more often though! I seem to never see them.

This food truck is great! The service is fast, the owners are friendly and the food tastes great! The spice level on the Jamacian jerk chicken was equal to a hot salsa at a Mexican resturant. The heat level was appropriate. This truck is something new for our area and a much welcome change from the mondane! Give them a try!
