Papa John’s Pizza

I have been very pleased with Papa John’s pizza the last two times I ordered. My order comes in a timely fashion, and its still hot enough to burn my mouth (not in a bad way I like my pizza HOT) by the time it arrives. They also NEVER forget my sauces or sides. I really appreciate that considering a lot of the local chains forget the sauces (EVEN WHEN THEY CHARGE EXTRA FOR SAUCE) so I usually have to write a note in the instructions about not forgetting something I paid extra for (again not Papas, but others.)
With Papa John’s I’ve never had to remind them and they DO NOT charge extra for sauces when something is supposed to come with sauce. (breadsticks, wings, etc)
So I consider this location to be very thorough and I love that. The BBQ wings were delicious, just the right amount spicy and I am not usually a wing person.
I noticed their stars on Unilocal were somewhat low so I had to give my opinion after tonight. Of all the chains in town Papa John’s is my new go to pizza place.

Normally we enjoy papa johns pizza, but we got the thin crust pizza and were highly disappointed. There was no sauce, and the crust was like the flakes off a croissant. Our other large pizza was also flavorless, and burnt. I’m very disappointed with the quality of this location. …Luckily there is a Pizza hut across the street.

Gotta say I was so disappointed tonight. Papa Johns used to be my fave pizza bit since there isnt one nearby it’s been awhile. So I was in silverdale today and hadn’t eaten all day and thought I should order papa johns. I ordered a LgThnBigBonanza and a LgPepperoni and Bacon regular crust pizza. The big bonanza pic is attached. Not what I would call big bonanza and the pepperoni and bacon was no better with no meat on some slices. I will probly not be likely to call this my fave anymore and opt for Pizza Hut next time. Sad to say! :(

Pizza is always good. But last night about 6:30 it took way to long njust for someone to check on my order when it was sitting on the rack. When you are asked twice your name and they look for your order I would expect they read the boxes not just walk in circles. I’ve done this jib when I was younger. You need someone leading the team and not playing in the game… they were not that busy.

The girl working tonight had a serious attitude. I love Papa Johns and I’ve been disappointed the last two times we’ve ordered. Last time they took 2 hours to deliver our pizza but they have us a free pizza coupon to rectify it. That’s why we ordered tonight to use that coupon but we chose to pick it up so as not to have to wait. When we walked in no one even acknowledged our presence for a good 5 minutes. Then when the girl finally came up she was very rude. Almost threw our pizza across the counter. Then I wanted to buy some garlic butter and she sighed out loud very rudely. She was wearing headphones the whole time that were clearly attached to her phone because she pulled her phone out 3 times while we were waiting on the sauces. I asked for them cold because I don’t like them melted and she gave me four right from the heating rack so when I asked again if they could be the cold ones she walked around to the other side and grabbed the box and said that’s all she had and she was clearly annoyed at my request. I understand it would’ve been difficult for her to grab some out of their huge refrigerator but I had clearly asked for it multiple times but we left instead of fighting it. It’s a good thing the pizza is always good because if it were just for the customer service I would NEVER order from there again. Terrible rude employee.

I love papa johns pizza. Usually their delivery guys are right on time or even early. I’ve never been disappointed.

This place gives Pizza a bad name, don’t get fooled by their lush commercials with lots of BIG toppings as you can hardly find the toppings and was undercooked and doughy! The Franchisor needs to get rid of this pit as it gives the whole chain a bad image!

We LOVE Papa John’s Pizza! This location does a great job. I am very grateful that they go through the trouble to deliver on base to military!!! They always have good customer service. Our last order was late. But, the driver called to tell us and they credited our account and we have free pizza!

Girl working this Saturday night needs a serious attitude adjustment. Saw her hang up on a customer, said nothing to me, in face even stared at me for awhile when I told her I was there to pick up my order. Be happy you even have a job, making pizzas is not that difficult!

We order Papa Johns about 3 times a month. It’s the best pizza that is in the area that delivers. I also like Round Table but they don’t deliver. Anyway it is a little expensive, but it’s way better than eating Dominos. I’m willing to pay extra. Also they usually have coupon and good deals online. They are always *always* on time and they are nice.

You know… I used to have amazing luck with Papa Johns. Their pizzas used to be always good, never greasy, but they just haven’t been the same lately. You can’t get a pan pizza anymore apparently, unless you want it square. I would definitely not recommend it, as their square pizzas have even greasier crusts than their normal pizzas do now. The dessert pizzas are really good (I like the very berry personally) and their regular breadsticks are also good, but… if Round Table delivered to where I live, I’d never order Papa Johns again.
