Good stuff, wouldn’t have found it except for Unilocal.We do a «Date Night» every Friday, this was well worth it. We had ribs & brisket, got it to go because it was getting close to closing(7 pm.) It was kind of hard to find after dark, it’s just north of the dog park on Silverdale Way. Danny is an awesome personality & a great chef. Do go there!

I think if I were to rate this on pulled pork alone it would be 5 stars. However the meal as a whole was more like three. The baked beans were baked, but it was more soupy than anything. And the smokin Mac and cheese was hardly cheesy. The meal came with enough pulled pork for a sandwich, but only a piece of Texas toast cut in half. If I were to come again I’d rather get two sandwiches for the price of a meal. Service and staff were very friendly

Nice small shop joy, bound to become a victim of its own popularity due to limited eat in floor space. 5 tables and a limited counter space a prone to be crowded. What it lacks in formality and luxury is readily compensated by the quality of their smoked menu. Warms the heart of this mid western transplant to grab some comfort food in well sized portions.

So a buddy and have driven by this place a few times and decided to give it a try and all I can say is we will be back and I will tell all of our friends about it. We had the brisket and it was amazing. While we were waiting we received a sample of some of the pork that had just finished and it melted in your mouth. This place is legit and I would highly recommend it to anyone searching for that true Texas BBQ. Thank you and I can’t wait to come back.

I was skeptical when I stopped in for lunch since I haven’t been able to find good BBQ in Kitsap County. I ordered the Smoked Brisket plate. The side dishes were good nothing special but the brisket was the best I have had from a restaurant in the Pacific Northwest. Keep up the good work Danny.

Really wanted to give this place a 5 star review. And based on the meat it is 5-stars. Stopped in here for the first time on 10÷28÷15 to get dinner to take home. There was 2 other customers so not busy. Had a reasonable wait for my order. Took my bag of food and drove home to Kingston. When I got home I looked in the bag. No side items except The slaw. Each dinner is supposed to come with two sides. We ordered Mac and cheese and beans with the rib dinner and potato salad and beans with the pork dinner. Didn’t even order slaw. well I’m not driving back to silverdale for it. Will probably go there again as meat is best in the county but will double check the bag next time before leaving so I don’t get ripped off again.

I took me some time to write this… out of sheer selfishness. This place is soooo good I didn’t want it to become crowded with people wanting great BBQ. But I gotta spread the word… it is amazing! The ribs were simply fantastic, meaty and done to perfection. The beans were mouth watering, and the toast was spectacular. I would rate this higher if I could. The owner/chef Danny was even gracious enough to make my partner a pulled pork sandwich from rib meat… truly wonderful!

I have never been a fan of BBQ always way too sweet and drenched in sauce. This place is fantastic! I am now in love with BBQ. We had the pulled pork sandwiches and Mac and cheese both great! Looking forward to try the pastrami and brisket!

A wonderful privately-owned, amazing bbq establishment! My first time in, I ordered the Pulled Pork sandwich(for only $ 7) because my all-time favorite cuisine is American BBQ, and Pulled Pork is my go-to staple. I also had a cookie and sampled the baked beans. The bbq sauce is rich and very tangy(with no hot nor spiciness, which I love!) The cookie was very good, tasted like real flour and sugar. The baked beans were not as saucy as most I’ve tried, a little more crisp than soft, but very tasty! I am excited to return to Danny’s to try everything on the menu! I have been to Memphis for the dry-rub ribs, Kansas City for the wet ribs, and Houston for the beef ribs. So far, I am impressed with the menu and images of the food! I respect the fair prices of the food and the lowest prices for drinks that I’ve seen!

I was able to stop bye for a late lunch and had the pulled pork and coleslaw. I did not have the sandwich as I didn’t want any bread but by the taste of the pork I would imagine it to be awesome. The pork was well smoked, nice color, juicy and tasted great. Will definitely be coming back to try everything else.
