Before I could even step foot into the shop, this poorly kept pathetic shell of a man with dried food stuck to the sides of his mouth, rushed to meet me. «Just so you know», he arrogantly barked «we don’t cater to ‘guitar snobs’». Quite an intro. Apparently a ‘Guitar Snob’ is anyone who desires a quality instrument made by a name brand manufacturer (eg. Martin, Taylor, Larrivee, Gretsch, Gibson, etc.). Staying true to the ‘snob’ rule, this store is filled wall to wall with cheap Chinese garbage at outrageous prices. Actually having any price on them at all is bold. It’s like there’s an intentional aversion to quality here.

Excellent customer service, and they’re willing to help you spend the time and try the equipment to find the guitar that is right for you and what you want. On top of that they offer guitar lessons that are a wonderful bonus if you’re just starting to learn.
