White Oak Physical Therapy and Pain Management Center

I have been to White Oak Physical Therapy in the past and had an excellent experience with a gentleman named Chin Le. This latest visit, Jan, 2016 was a huge disappointment. David Bullock, who treated me, had his attention focused elsewhere, except when he was dry needling. For that part of the treatment, he was focused. He «diagnosed» me as having both osteoarthritis and golfers elbow. He treated the elbow and told me that there was absolutely nothing he could do for the OA (as he called it.) He suggested one exercise, while Mayo Clinic (online) has at least 10 exercises that they suggest. I absolutely cannot recommend this physical therapy center. As Bullock said to me, he really has to focus on running the business and not be concerned with patients. He wasn’t’. As a fitting close, he gave me the name of an orthopedist to call, and upon calling, I found that he had referred me to an ENT.

The staff as well as machines are great. Don’t be fooled by the location as White Oak is a bit hoodratty. This place is great.

This place has amazing doctors, aides, equipment and techniques, and the owner of the practice is really sweet and caring. I felt way better after coming here! I had very bad back pain. If you listen to them, you’ll get better! Dry needle is the best.
