The Encore At Wheaton Station

Lived here for a couple years. Enjoyed it. Free parking, large and spacious, and loved the reception/​leasing office. Of course, you can’t beat immediate access to the Metro, the mall, and other small businesses. Major drawbacks were the carpeting, the amenities aren’t 24/​7, and the snow.

Completely agreed with the first review. But I have to add that they are rude sometimes. Specially Emma.

I live here. The appearance is VERY nice however there are a few not so good things… THIS MIGHT HAVE BEEN A QUICK PUT TOGETHER:
–THere is no place for a trash can in the kitchen.
–You have to hurry home for parking because non-​tenants usually always take up the spots and the towing company can not start towing until 12am-​i called them!
–The apartment floors are extremely cheap where tenants above and below you appear to be extremely loud all times of the day and night. You can hear footsteps that appear as though they are coming through the floor, if their phone is on the floor above you, you can hear it vibrate, you can hear all conversations, kids playing… you name it-​so annoying!
–The door to each apartment door is so heavy that you can feel your apartment shake when others slam their door-​forget about consideration and manners here! The leasing office put up a sign about the doors but just my luck I’m in a building with ignorant individuals that the noise has increased! Don’t complain about the noise because here tenants get even louder and stomp and jump around on the floor… just to show their ignorance!
–The patio/​balcony doors have no screens so you can not enjoy that space with the doors open.
–There is one main trash area which is not in a remote location so get your gym sneakers on and get to walking OR you can place the trash in or on your car and the trip isn’t as long. ANNOYING!
–If you have a complaint regarding a tenant, be careful who you inform in the leasing center because that person might be an acquaintance of theirs!
