I sent in a pair of suede Pumas in to be cleaned at which point they came back matted with alot of suede missing. Considering it cost 3 times the amount to clean a regular pair of shoes, I was clearly disappointed.
Then I called then and they proposed to do nothing about it. this took place over a month of them saying they would fix it. Don’t waste your time or money with these people.
