I guess my teeth were too difficult for them to fix. My dentist recommended braces as an adult because my bite was causing my teeth to crack. It’s not covered by insurance BTW. My lower braces were removed and then replaced when they started to shift within weeks. After the braces were taken off I was told that my retainers we have to be readjusted every 6 weeks because of how i move my tongue. The permanent retainers have almost all popped off — only 1 bar between 2 teeth remain. My gaps have all come back. Thousands of dollars down the drain! To add insult to injury, they want to charge me an additional $ 100 for a copy of my records for my new dentist.

This place would get 4 stars if I didn’t always have an average wait time of 30 – 40 minutes for appointments. Once I waited over an hour and 15 mins. They told me I should schedule either early in the morning or exactly at 1:00pm. I only get 60 minutes for a lunch break so I don’t want to get my paycheck docked because I have of my braces. Rant over.

I like the staff, they are always friendly and patient. The office is clean, they have a great teeth brushing station with free disposable brushes (1 per patient, please! ;0))
This orthodontist is great for families and children:
1) they have a large flat screen TV showing kids movies or family-​oriented movies
2) they have two electronic video game consoles
3) they have a large waiting room with lots of seating and family magazines
4) they have fun colors for braces and the staff seem pretty good with kids
I guess that’s it.
