Do not use Edgar Moreno for a home inspector. He is the worst inspector that doesn’t follow the rules set by the State of Maryland. He thinks aluminum wiring is safe. He doesn’t check polarities in every socket. Those two issues would have raised red flags and the exploratory work would have discovered two charred junction boxes and incorrect wiring. There were a lot of other issues but the total disregard that Edgar Moreno has for home inspections is appalling.
