Had to get some professional career shots done for Linkedin and for some job applications. Problem was that I get that awkward school kid grin when I smile for the camera and remember school pictures from yesteryear. So when I got the Eric’s name from a former colleague and friend after seeing some portraits of his, I was a little unsure if the pictures would turn out. When setting up the session, Eric offered to do the shoot at his home or at any location of my choosing. I liked the flexibility of location, and decided to go to his home. The studio was set up and he spent some time chatting with me to put me at ease and to get to know me. Then he started shooting. After a little while he had what he needed, and showed me a preview. I was in shock. I didn’t have the cheesy grin, and frankly was stunned at what he was able to capture. He sent me a shot within 24 hours as I had a pressing need, and the rest were delivered to me in less then the 2 week turnaround time he had stated. So if you want to get a good picture, and want to make it easy on yourself, go to Eric. He will take pictures of you that you will be happy with, and that really shows you — not some posed frozen deer in front of headlights look, nor a cheesy grin that only comes out when posing, nor something that isn’t you!
