Dr. Patrick is Ok. He was very thorough in his examination. At some point I felt like he was performing too many unnecessary tests just to get more money from the insurance company (and from me). like EKG where the problem was completely unrelated to my heart, and indeed my heart was fine. There were other examples.
In terms of service and communication, his office is horrible. First, they almost never open so you often get to the answering service. not even one time out of 5 messages did they get back to me. I also faxed them, but heard nothing. When they do answer, they are unpleasant, impatient and unhelpful. I needed them to fax something to a specialist — they eventually faxed some one random page that was completely irrelevant to my medical problem. Everything you say you need to repeat like 3 times. So, if you need something from them — good luck, but don;t have high expectations.
