One Hour Moya Cleaners

I dropped off several of our clothes — men’s dress shirts, men’s pants, women’s blouses, women’s pants, and a dress — and picked them up a couple days later. It was well priced and at first glance we were super satisfied.
Then when it came time to get dressed for work we found the problem. The dress I had sent in to get cleaned still had deodorant marks on the inside silk of the dress and clearly wasn’t cleaned, just freshened up and ironed to look cleaner. And the cleaner had WRITTEN in SHARPIE MARKER on the inside of the men’s dress shirts! Our initials were written on the inside of the shirt near the bottom where they, thankfully, aren’t visible with the shirt tucked in but still. Why did they need to mark the shirts like this? They aren’t cheap shirts, either, so they did some serious damage to the shirts. This isn’t common practice in my experience, I’ve been to several dry cleaners in the DC/​MD area who don’t do this.
I plan on taking the shirts back and confronting them about this soon. Rest assured I will not be a repeat customer.

After discovering this place, I won’t take my dry cleaning anywhere else! They have a very friendly staff, do incredibly professional work with an eye for detail, and are very reasonably priced. Almost all of my work clothes need to be dry cleaned, so I will usually wait a few weeks to drop off a giant load of skirts, dresses, and suits… and I am never disappointed. AND they have a quick turn around! Highly recommended!
