McDonald’s

Originally wanted to go through the drive thru but seeing that there was a truck taking up the entire road, I parked my car and headed inside.
Never have I been blatantly told that the food was already pre-​made (which is a fact that I have know for forever) and that the lady in the back preparing the food did not want to remake anything. So I proceeded out the door.
I’ve been to McDonald’s many times in my life and never has one refused an order because the food has, as the cashier and other lady stated, «already been prepared» and will not make anymore.

Ha. Where do I begin. This has been the most eventful McDonalds visit of my life.
1. The employees are back there YELLING at each other at the top of their lungs about who is and is not working. A full blown argument occurred for well over 15 mins causing production in the kitchen to come to a haul. Which means that people had to wait even longer for their food. Unprofessional.
2. There’s this old lady YELLING at her husband about how she didn’t get a knife or cream cheese. When I say yelling she’s on the other side and I can hear her loud and clear. I’d ban her from here if I was them. It’s tacky, idk how old a person is.
I can’t tell if I’ve been dropped into the twilight zone or not. This man just walked past me and said this is the worst McDonalds ever. I must agree with him. It’s like a free for all
However, I must say the facility itself is clean. If you can deal with the tackiness of the staff and the employees screeching like wild banshees about Sweet Tea and biscuits then have at it.
P. S. That old lady is STILL talking about her stupid knife and cream cheese. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD…
Seriously though, where is the manager?

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Absolute worst mcdz! Nkem — this old lady cashier was so friggin rude I wanted to jump behind the counter and b-​slap her to the big mac patties! Mcdz recently started providing coupons through a mcdz app. Great idea for the customer but not so great for some of the employees that work there. Especially the ones that are not so tech savy (just like Nkem). The worst thing was that she wasn’t our original cashier. A nice young man was helping us out but she was on the other cash register screaming at him «do u know what you’re doing?! If u don’t know then say so!» she wasn’t even able to help successfully so why try to be a hero when you’re far from one. Then she tried to walk away in the middle of helping but got bitched at by her manager in front of the customers. He loudly yelled «finished your order!»… Multiple times. She friggin deserved it. That rude woman!
Never going back to this mcdz again! This place has bad service and some shady customers there too. I had to turn my ring around so nobody would think to rob me!

this is the worse McDonalds! messed up my orders so many times and I had a coupon for any McMuffin Delight (says clearly on the coupon «delight sandwich“with no specifications, I know they have ham, but I asked for sausage, and she tried to tell me I can’t substitute with the coupon, without her even seeing the coupon. WTH! So I told her her customer service sucks and I drove off. Don’t waste your time at this one, there’s one a mile away that’s WAY better !

I’ts clean and the food is as McDonalds should be but the service sucks.
I pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted with a «Can I help you» from someone who obviously didn’t want to be there. I ordered my chicken nuggets and asked if they had buffalo sauce for dipping. She responded with a «What do you want?» like I was asking for her to make the damn sauce herself. When I got to the window she didn’t even look at me. I handed her my card, she swiped, stuck it back out the window for me to grab (still hasn’t looked at me). I said «Thank you» to which I got no response. It was like talking to a wall.

Hopped outside my hotel for some McD breakfast.
Went inside to put in my order and responded to order taker that the order was to-​go.
…my breakfast was presented on a tray to dine-​in…
Food was typical of McD… not so good…
