I called in an order of two pizzas and a few appetizers. Delivery took over an hour, and some of the order was forgotten. The delivery man told us he had to deliver nearby and would stop back by the store and get us what was forgotten. Immediately after he left we realized we were given the wrong kind of wings, so I called and after three attempts to get through I told them that the delivery person was already coming back for cheese fries and needed to grab the right kind of wings as well. The person on the phone continuously cut me off, and certainly wasn’t listening to what I was saying at all. Surprise surprise, 45 minutes later the guy shows up with the fries but no wings. I’m considering contesting the charge. Never ordering from here again — you might as well throw away money.

NEVERAGAIN! I hadn’t ordered from Manny & Olga’s for awhile. I placed a delivery order last night and then I remembered WHY I don’t order from Manny & Olga’s. A pizza, a sub, and a order of wings took 45 minutes to arrive and the added delivery fee was $ 6, and when the delivery guy got here he had forgotten my pizza. So, he went back for it and it took an hour and a half to get my pizza. Too bad the pizza had obviously been sitting on the counter for at least an hour of that hour and half because it arrived cold with nasty congealed cheese on the top, and you know how pizza crust gets kind of stale and tough when you eat it then next day — well, I payed $ 17.99 + $ 6 delivery fee and I didn’t have to wait until the next day. I tore up my menus so I don’t forget again why I don’t give this place my business. RUNAWAY!

Very mediocre pizza. We ordered delivery to hotel, but pizza was fairly tasteless. Delivery was fast and accurate. I’ll give em that.

I ordered 40 dollars worth of food… And there were no errors in the order. I got everything I asked for… Unfortunately, the order came COLD, and in one hour and 10 minutes… The buffalo wings looked burned and tasted awful… The philly cheese steak was ok… No complaints there. But no praises either. It was mediocre at best… Meh…

I ordered a 10″ pinneapple + bacon pizza via GrubHub. It was delivered delicioisly hot and fresh, the crust was great, and the delivery guy was very friendly!

Price is decent. No consistency at all. Have had good pizza and very poor, agree with previous posters about crust being like cardboard on pizza. Their chicken wings are above average for the area. However, the last two times I have ordered I have paid for extra blue cheese and both times they delivered ranch, which I despise.

Ordered delivery through GrubHub. One prepaid item missing from delivery. All food was BAD, really, really BAD. Mystery meat, fries with old oil used, Greek salad was just a side salad: no olives, no feta cheese, no cucumber: just lots and lots of lettuce, a bit of tomato, some onion and cheap, oily dressing. Ugh!

I ordered Greek fries and the Veggie wrap. First I ordered online I asked for no mushrooms, no bell pepper, extra onions, broccoli, pickles and banana peppers. I received my order 45 minutes later, fries barely had any ingredients on them and they were ice cold. My wrap was so soggy and watery and made wrong. It had tomatos, bell peppers and no banana peppers. I called to talk to the manager, I was told that they don’t have banana peppers but it was an option online. So they sent me out another one. With another 45 minute wait I was hopefully that my wrap was going to be tasty. Negative, it was so soggy and watery I didn’t want it. It was like they put the broccoli in there without straining the water out. So, I’ll never order from them again. Gave them three chances with previous orders.

2.25 I will say that this place was up and running during the«snow storm». After the day of venturing out in the morning, I thought things would be cool latter in the day. I found out that my gym was opened and quite a few neighborhood stores and coffee shops as well. I returned home and hit the internet for the snow scene and hoped for specials in the area. NOTHINGFORSILVERSPRING! I thought that it would be ok. I shopped. The doorbell continued to ring with less fortunate people. Soon I noticed that my supply of beer was low. Wine and spirits I was good on but BEER? I decided to head out for a six pack and a bite to eat. I called a few placed, including the movie theaters and they were closed. Darkness loomed from above and my hut growled from below. Everything was closed… except a small shining light from the top of the hill. As I get closer, I remember that the top of the hill is straddled with a Greyhound bus station, 7 – 11, a beer & wine store and Manny & Olga’s. 4 delivery cars were rushing in and out! Me being the Manny & Olga’s virgin, I stood with my back to the wall so that I could protect my M&O’s cherry. I didn’t want to jump into the wrong bed and be stuck with a bad choice. The counter guy looked at me and waited v.s. pouncing on me and forcing me into a food relationship that was more to his liking. I was scared. Cold. Intimidated. I waited… I finally got the nerve to step forward. Everything stopped. All eyes were on me. I froze. The counter person looked at me and finally spoke. «Are you ready to go?» I paused. Forgot what I was doing and just ordered the last thing that I saw. Chicken Parmelee sub. The first thing out of his mouth was, «How do you want it?» Then ‚“Do you want the big one?” I froze again and replied,“give me the eight inches… with fries” At this point got kinda hazy. It totaled to around $ 9. But the counter person stated that if I ordered a soda that it would be $ 7.5. Gotta love the combo! Open kitchens will be my demise nut this one was not as open as most. Deep fried and breaded chicken breast was topped with a very bland but tangy tomato sauce and unaged mozzarella cheese. The contents were placed on a less than average hoagie roll that had been recently frozen. The French fries were of the steak cut variety and deep fried with the exclusion of salt. When my food arrived I noticed random items on the menu wall that seemed a bit appealing. Had I not pushed my back to the wall, I would have seen a few better options. With the exception of being a hot sandwich and the fact that they delivered during the inclement weather, I really can’t say anything else good about the meal. The staff was extremely polite but you could tell by the looks on their faces that they were beat down from the throng of delivery orders. Will I return here again? Probably once. Just to make sure that it was an isolated incident. Would I let my less than fortunate neighbors«drain» my beer supply during the next snow fall? No!

Don’t even bother trying to call this place. They’ll put you on hold five times in a row and never pick up and their«hold music» is a horrible musical advertisement on loop. I will never try to order from this place again.

This place is hilariously awful. If you’re sober don’t order it. Plain and simple. To elaborate a little, we ordered Manny & Olga’s for delivery when we first moved to Silver Spring. My buddy ordered a hamburger with ketchup — what came was literally a toasted, slightly burnt and hard as a rock bun with a slab of cooked hamburger on it, in a ripped Styrofoam container. The meat had slid off the rock bun and we all just started cracking up in shock.

For delivery pizza It’s fine and isn’t freighted with Papa John’s right wing politics. You want great pizza go to Pacci. But you want an acceptable pie from someone who doesn’t hate the Affordable Care Act, Manny and Olgas is the way to go.

Stale pizza, avoid. This pizza is mediocre at its best and inedible at its worst. Unfortunately, they care little about keeping the pizza fresh. Throw away stale pizza … not these jokers. me– Is the pizza fresh? them– Yes, 15 minutes old. me– You guys have sold me stale pizza before, I just want to make sure it’s fresh. them– yes, fresh, made 15 minutes ago … 20 at the most me– ok, I’ll take 2 slices pizza, of course was stale. 20 minutes, try longer… I took a piece of crust in hand, it crumbled like a week old croûton. looked more like parmesean cheese than pizza crust. I like the location, the staff seem friendly, but I wont go back because the pizza is horrible.

I hate to be negative, but there’s not much about Manny & Olga’s that I can recommend other than that it’s open late. I have given them plenty of business over the years for that reason alone, but I’ve come to be fairly critical of their food. I used to like their steak & cheese, but it has waaay too much salt and is not impressive compared to Victor’s, M&N’s, or Philly Mike’s in Bethesda(which are not juggernauts in of themselves!). Their pizza is okay, but certain things like the veggie special pizza taste strangely gross — different cheese or something. I also once ordered a Chicken Parmagiana and it was just pieces of roast(defrosted) chicken in melted cheese. They have pizza by the slice, but I never found it to be as tasty as even your typical jumbo slice spots. I definitely HAVE had good pizzas from this place, but a number of subs and pizzas have also been pretty foul, so I really don’t know if I’d recommend it.

Just moved to Maryland, and have been looking for a local pizza place. Silly me for not consulting Unilocal before using a coupon they slipped under my apartment door. Pizza was delivered cold, felt like cardboard, and taste like cardboard. The breadsticks are more like a stick of bread. Hard and flavorless. Literally a hard block of bread. My husband and I are eating this right now, and slowly shaking our heads at the worst $ 17 ever spent. With a coupon! Edit: Just called and relayed that same message to the manager. She said sorry. She was short and didn’t care. Asked if I wanted a discount and I said that’s the thing– this pizza was so nasty I wouldn’t eat it again even if it were free! She said okay. Then I said bye and hung up.

The wings were… not what I expected. They looked slightly strange. I ate a couple anyways. No food poisoning, no roaches. But I’m also going to continue to order from Papa John’s instead.

When you need grease real bad, Manny & Olgas steps into the breach. Gor-Met Re-Past It ain’t. Quick & cheap– sorta. good value for those with lowered expectations.
