I would still give Maria and Erica four stars for cleaning. The new one star rating is for customer service. I received an email yesterday from Maria telling me that they would no longer be able to clean my home on Fridays and would be moving us to Mondays. No explanation. Just a mention they were «sorry for any inconvenience.» So, they got a more lucrative job or a new customer only willing to accept a Friday slot. No, it’s not OK to do this to an existing customer that relies on you every week and pays you on time. I hired them because they assured me they could clean on Fridays. I was offered the option of them coming after 4pm on Thursdays. No thanks. My home will either get a quick job so they can get out or they will be underfoot while I am making dinner. So, while they do a good job, don’t count on them to treat you as a valued customer.

Maria owns this cleaning/​landscaping services — she is licensed and insured. She is friendly and honest. Her prices are good for the area. We have been using her to clean our 2000 sq ft house for about 6 months and are very pleased with her work — it takes about 3 – 4 hours. She arrives promptly, brings all her own cleaning products and implements, and then takes out all the trash before she goes. She’ll come and do a free in home estimate for you before selecting her.
