Talk about ghetto. First and last time here. Never felt so uncomfortable at a chain restaurant in my life. The teenage African American kits«working» there was cutting up a storm with his friends. The other person who actually took my order was nice and quiet and obviously embarrassed by her co-workers behavior. She even asked him to be quiet when she tried to answer the phone. Companies need to understand your product can be amazing but if your employees are not then that’s what the customer will remember.

So I’m only here because my friend Jahni Mommy wants cheesy, greasy, diabetes pizza. It smells good though.

I just moved to this area and needed something fast to eat so i came here… fast…ha ha… it took three people just take the order several people sitting around not doing anything the line is backed up you’ll be there for 30 minutes waiting on the pizza. It’s very clear from the moment you walk in that place they have no idea what they’re doing

They are always slow! If you call in an order they still won’t have it ready! Go to a different location, you will get better service.

Love the drive through concept for this place. I ordered my food and drove right over to pick up my food, all in about 10 minutes. Unfortunately, I could have/should have left the pizza(large pepperoni) there. My daughter and I ate it, but the remaining pizza went into the bin instead if the refrigerator. However, the crazy bread was crazy good! I finished all of it and will definitely get again.

When I tell you this is the worst service i ever got?! i went last Friday night, 7÷31÷15 around 6ish to get a cheese pizza. First half the staff was in the parking lot talking to their friends in the car and the other half was visibly playing in the back. Fine, i was too a HS kid with a job no biggie. I get to the window, the man didn’t even say HELLO. SERIOUSLY. He looked at me like I was from Mars. He leaned out the window, with this angry annoyed look on his face. Me: Ummm do you have a Hot n Ready Cheese? Him: Yeah. **awkward pause** Me: So I can get it or… Without a word, he slowly slithered to the back to get my pizza. I felt like I was inconveniencing HIM. so he comes back with the pizza and just looks at me. Seriously, no words were exchanged. So I had over my card and he shoves the pizza at me, in a really pushy way. Then he gives me my card and slams the window shut. No thank you, no goodbye, no nothing. Worst service ever. With the unemployment rate so low they can find a LOT more people to do this job. I wish I knew the general manager because I would write a letter. Better yet I would have paid THEM five dollars just to have another rep.

**3 Stars for the Pizza, one more for the value** If you walk into an eatery with 5 bucks and then demand 5 star service and a professional wait staff, there is a problem. That’s not how life works. That’s not how any of it works. I stop by here every once in a while, especially during midterms & finals week. The pizza isn’t all that bad(I’m a big fan of the crust)! As for the service, these employees are KIDS, on minimum wage. I don’t agree with poor customer service, but I get annoyed at the fact that people who love to pinch pennies, are always the most demanding. Just give them the $ 5, take your pizza & move on with your life.

I go here for an inexpensive pizza that is ready to be picked up. The pizzas are not great but are good for the price. Usually they are ready when I walk in(they advertise«Hot & Ready» before 8PM, but not tonight.

Disgusting service. Disgusting location. A bunch of high school kids who seem to have no manager or supervision as they seem to be chewing and popping gum at the drive thru, walking around inside shirtless as they change to get off shift. Oh the many things you will observe while waiting for the drive thru window to open up. Havent been here in a while because of those reasons. Completely unsanitary location.

The food here is about what you would expect. Certainly not anything spectacular, but better(barely) than the frozen pie you pull from the freezer and put in the oven. I suppose for $ 5 a large pizza is a pretty good deal though. I wouldn’t pay anymore for it. The value alone is what earned the stars for this meal. Now on to the location. The service was really poor, which is a pretty impressive feat considering we just went in to pick up a pre-made pizza. The staff seemed genuinely annoyed that we were there to order food. We were the ONLY ones there ordering food, so I can’t imagine it was related to a case of being overwhelmed. Also, the employee I ordered with did not speak English well enough to even communicate. It was literally not possible to speak back and forth with one another. I eventually just nodded my head and handed him money. In return I received a mediocre but serviceable pizza which was made better by the frosty libations that accompanied it.

I gave this place 3 stars instead of 2 because it’s the closest eatery to the exits in Briggs Chaney Plaza. There have been numerous times when I walk into this place and the«teenagers» in the staff do not even acknowledge me waiting to take my order. If their friends are in the facility, they are yelling to the workers in the back of the kitchen –striking up a conversation. Management really need to train their staff in customer service because they are losing customers.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The management at this place is the worst I have EVER encountered. I walked in on a Sunday around 3:30 pm. The cashier looked at me and told me he’d be with me in a minute. After 7 minutes of waiting with no one acknowledging me, I finally interrupted the cashier(who was rummaging around for change) politely and asked if there were any pizzas ready to go. He asked me rudely what i wanted and again I asked if there were any pizzas ready. He then proceeded to say that he didn’t know and would have to check in the back. I patiently waited and watched him spend the next 5 minutes trying to get the lady in the drive through change for her $ 5. Not only was the cashier extremely rude and dismissive of a paying customer, he lost a ton of business during the 12 or so minutes I was standing there waiting. The line for the drive through was wrapped around the building and I witnessed three LIVID customers during that time along with countless others that decided waiting 15 minutes for a «hot and ready» was too much and left without anything(including me). I ended up driving to the Little Caesars in Wheaton instead. It took me all of 2 minutes to get my pizza and leave. Now that is what a hot and ready should be. I will NEVER go back to the Little Caesars on Outlet Dr. The management is awful. The store is dirty, there were flies flying around the front of the store, and the cashiers were rude and downright unprofessional.

It is five dollar pizza. What do you expect? The entire kitchen is ran by high schoolers. You hand them money and they hand you a pie. Instant gratification.

I like this pizza. It’s consistently made well and fast. Service is good there, meaning most of the time the employees are friendly. However, it’s really depressing that this is the highest rated pizza in the Burtonsville/N.Silver Spring/Laurel area. It’s a chain store, and therefore slightly above average at best. I feel sorry for people who have not experienced Pudgies in Clarksville or Slices in College Park. There’s a severe lack of quality pizza in this area of Maryland and it’s really unfortunate.

$ 5 $ 5 ! Hot Hot! Ready Ready! It’s actually decent pizza when compared to chain pies as opposed to upscale authentico or those I paid for with lira, and better(and cheaper) than most frozen ones(at least those that are fit for human consumption). Chewy, bready crust as opposed to the saltine like delivery jobs, correct amount of sauce and cheese, a bit of caramelization on the pepperoni. So, call in a delivery and wait 45 minutes for a lukewarm pie, or wait 10 minutes for the oven to pre-heat, then 25 minutes baking, then 5 minutes rest to avoid scalded palate, or grab it grab it scarf it scarf it? Ave Caesar!

If you are looking for cheap and tasty pizza – look no further! For $ 5 you can buy a large pepperoni, sausage or cheese pizza. There aren’t any frills here! This option is great for large gatherings with kids. The only negative about LC is that their slogan of the pizza being hot and ready isn’t true. I’ve rarely walked in, picked up my pizza and just walk out. Most of the time, I’ve waited. The longest I’ve had to wait was about 20 minutes. Just crazy!

As a person who likes sauce, I personally think that Little Caesars does not put enough sauce on their Hot n Ready pizzas. Therefore, I call them and order my Hot n Readys with extra sauce and pick it up from the drive thru. They are delicious… when it’s piping hot. Once it cools down even a little bit, it doesn’t have that same impact. If you live a few miles away like I do and want a whiff of your pizza or even a slice before you get home… DON’T! Leave the pizza alone until you are ready to enjoy.

Little Caesar pizza is a place where you can buy a whole cheese pizza for $ 5. The place looks clean with quick service. It also has a drive thru. The pizza itself is always fresh. I personally just don’t like how little Caesar pizza taste. I rather spend a couple extra dollars for pizza hut or dominoes. Remember you get what you paid for! Other than that the kids love it.

—3.5 Stars— Maybe it’s nostalgia. Or maybe it’s the fact that you can get a large cheese or pepperoni pizza for $ 5. Or maybe it’s because you can get pizza in a drive-thru. Or maybe it’s because when I’m craving pizza – which is pretty often – I’d rather not wait 10 – 15 minutes. Regardless – or should I say iiregardless – I love Little Caesars Pizza. Food — On a scale of 2 Amy’s/Matchbox(can enjoy completely sober) to Jumbo Slice(only good while inebriated), I’d say Little Caesars is right in the middle. It’s not classy pizza, but it doesn’t pretend to be. It’s like the time I bought jeans from Sam’s Club, and my wife says, «You really know you’re not trying at all to be cool when you buy jeans from a member’s only warehouse.» When you put a drive-thru on your pizza restaurant, you know you’re not trying at all to be a classy, upscale pizza joint. $ 5 for a large pepperoni or cheese pizza. From 4−8pm, sausage is $ 5, and the three meats and supreme’s are $ 8 — otherwise, they’re $ 9.99. For $ 2.99, you can add Crazy Bread and Crazy Sauce — the only thing crazy about the bread and sauce is that they are crazy delicious. The Crazy Bread is as I remember it from my childhood — fluffy, garlic-y breadsticks served with tomato sauce. For another $ 1, you can add a 2-liter Pepsi product. For $ 5, you can add 8 wings. My guess is, the pizza goes through a very hot oven b/c the pizza has had burnt spots from time to time. Not to mention, the pizza is ready in minutes. The burnt spots are pretty large and have been on ½ the pies I’ve ordered. The pizza is very good though and that could be a mental thing. When I eat this pizza, I’m thinking the whole time, «This is pretty good for $ 5 pizza,» much like I say at any fast food burger joint, «This is pretty good for a $ 1 burger.» But when I’m at a fancy burger joint, my expectations are greatly increased b/c I expect to get at least 10, $ 1 burger’s worth of enjoyment out of this thing. For those whose brains and stomachs don’t work together in this manner, you may find this pizza gross. Me? I’d be more inclined to order 4 large pepperoni’s here at Little Caesars over a $ 19+tip oven-dried tomato & fresh buffalo mozzarella or Matchbox meat at Matchbox. Location — this used to be a Cameron’s seafood. It’s in the Briggs Chaney shopping center with Chuck E. Cheese, Safeway and Ross. There’s a small waiting area where you order. The crazy bread, sauce and wings are precooked and are held in a heated glass thing a la 7 – 11. The cheese and pepperoni’s are always ready to go; the other pizzas take no more than 5 minutes. Service — you’ll constantly hear them yelling, «Cheese in! Cheese out! Pepperoni in! Pepperoni out!» to figure out what’s being cooked and taken out. It’s not as annoying as the singers at Coldstone though IMHO. If and when they bring back the Big Big Pizza, I’ll add another star because that was my favorite pizza back in the day(could you tell I was a fat kid then too?). If you’re in the mood for pizza, fast or if you’re feeling nostalgic about the pizza of your youth(Pizza, Pizza!) head to Little Caesars.
