The owner, Sam, came out to our house for a free no-​pressure estimate. He took measurements of all our windows, made suggestions of what blinds would fit our style and budget and told us what specials were going on at the time.
The blinds arrived in a timely fashion, and Sam came and installed the blinds in no time.
When we had a problem with one set of blinds, he quickly responded by contacting the company and installing a replacement promptly.
Sam is honest, friendly, and eager to please the customer.
We highly recommend Kugler’s Home Fashions.
