Came here tonight to pick up dinner because my husband had been wanting kfc. I ordered myself two pieces of grilled chicken and when I got home to eat them there was a piece of metal in or one of the pieces. It almost looks like seasoning. Just want to give a heads up! I tried to call the restaurant to let them know but nobody is answering the phone.

While I was favorably impressed by the friendliness and courtesy of Damon at the front end cash register,.this place should not be mistaken for fast food. It took over 15 minutes to complete an order with only 2 customers ahead of me. It’s a pity that a KFC Taco Bell can’t get it right to please vegetarian and omnivore customers promptly in the same place

Dirty and slow! No sense of urgency along the employees. Needs to me remodeled. I go to school right beside this location and even though KFC is one of my all time favorites I rarely eat here. Where is the owner of this place, why isn’t the owner in there fixing this.

This location needs to shut down completely. Waited in the drive thru for about 15 mins before I could place my order and when I finally did, the food was pretty much cold. You don’t give anybody cold food… Not even warm, talk less of the fact that it’s chicken. I wasn’t about to go back and wait for the next 5 cars to order before getting a chance to vent or return the food or whatever options I had but I know I will definitely not be returning to this location again.

Customer service is much improved during lunch hours — more polite overall, and reasonably fast for KFC customers. But woe unto anyone who orders an item from the Taco Bell side — that still adds 5 minutes or more to any wait. The food quality remains poor, but no worse than any other KFC/Taco Bell combo store. Such stores pander to the worst common denominators in fast food, and then add kitchen bottlenecks as a bonus. Outside of lunch hours, nothing appears to have improved. Why, oh why, didn’t I walk to Sweetgreen?

Well been sitting here for 5 mins already and nobody has even come on the drive thru speaker to take my order yet. It’s 9:24 and I couldn’t go inside because they locked it down even though the lobby is supposed to close at 10. And you better not choke on your food because«they don’t do courtesy cups anymore.» The service was slow took around ten minutes to make two tacos. I’m with most the reviews on this location. I think its terrible! I wish they would bring more to the area so I wouldn’t have to deal with such bad service.

terrible terrible service! just today i was there and a man in front of me KINDLY ordered for 2 quesadillas. his bill was higher than expected so he corrected the cashier. the cashier gave him an attitude and was not apologetic at all. the man cancelled his order and complained but issue was not resolved. the manager did not even talk to the cashier involved. another guy ordered the baja blast and was asked AGAIN before she filled up the drink but still got the order wrong. the ladies waiting for their ordera also complained about how they got their orders wrong. thats 3 complaints in a day. i wasnt even there for an hour. the place is not clean. and obviously they have no rapport with their customers. in all fairness to the other employees. i saw one or two of them that tried to cater to the customers need. there are not a lot of kfc’s left around MD/DC. i hope they do something about their service. i love the food but with the kind of service that the have i might not come back again. oh on top of that. i have been waiting for a good 20mins and followed up on my order. they said«what happened to your order its not in the system» i mean im never really coming back.

What a pit! I mean, I realize I’m Unilocaling a Taco Bell/KFC, but even compared to other fast food joints it was terrible. We get there and the drive thru line is already ridiculous, and my friend is like, «they always have a long line — let’s go in.» Well, the line ain’t any shorter inside, and the SLOWEST people I’ve ever seen are behind the counter. And they’re surly, to boot. Plus, the place is dirty. I mean filthy dirty. And to top it off, my food was subpar even for Taco Bell. I’m never going there again — it’s way too craptastic.

When I order at a drive through, I always thank the person taking my order. I’m not really looking for a reaction or anything. I just think it’s a good thing to thank people who are doing something for me. I mean, I’m going to see this person in a minute, right? So, when I thanked the guy taking my order here, he responded with«NOPROBLEM», which is okay in some scenarios – like between friends or maybe if you accidentally bump someone’s car and no damage is done… but in a service that is being paid for? Then, when I was searching for something in my car and the guy had opened the window to collect my money, he called at me, «DUDE» with some level of impatience in his voice. Again, probably okay between friends or maybe if I was buying a skateboard at a shop, but not so much when I’m buying lunch! «No problem» and the exclamatory«DUDE» would have been okay if everything else was, but the guy didn’t ask me if I wanted any sauce for my taco(This location is a Taco Bell /KFC together). I did want sauce, but only realized this after I had driven away. The food was what you’d expect, but the service is what makes me drive through again next time. I always vote with my wallet(and sometimes lobby for change here on Unilocal;)

Wow, could the service get any slower? I am at a loss when its lunch time and its busy why fast food restaurants do not or will not put another person at the register. This is the second time that it has taken over 10 minutes to place my order. I will say that once I received my order every thing was correct and satisfactory for Taco Bell fare.

Like an Alzheimer’s patient I keep going back and expecting a different result… I am not sure why. As everyone else has said they are incredibly slow; your order is always wrong; and they are simply unfriendly. I’d like to say I’m never going back but the problem is they have a drive thru and I find it less creepy than the McDonald’s in Downtown Silver Spring.

I will agree with the other reviewer about the quality of the food and I really this place can’t qualify as fast food, it moved more at a snails pace. After seeing the drive through line wasn’t moving I made the decision to run inside and get food, big mistake. The restaurant itself was empty other than me and the one man in front of me in line. They have some serious security measures in place at the register with cameras and an alarm went off when I stood too close to the counter. I’m guessing they’ve been robbed recently. Food took 10 minutes to order and get and there was just the 2 of us and the drive through line to feed. I got the bbq sandwich because I didn’t think it could be screwed up and it was awful. So my dinner was a soda and my greasy potato wedges. :-(I know its the only drive through on the Georgia Ave corridor so you’d think the would step it up. I won’t go back to try this place again.

By far the worst fast-food drive thru I’ve been to. This place is the worst. I’ve been here at least 6 times(in the neighborhood) in 4 years. They are always opening late, get the order wrong or out of chicken! So today I felt like wings went there at 12pm lunch time, I’m in the drive-thru and sitting at the intercom for 3 minutes before she takes my order there was only one person in front of me, I ask for 10 hot wings she says there is a 9 minute wait! This is the most ridicules thing I’ve heard it’s lunch time at a chicken place that’s not crowded! I told her never mind and backed out. I’m never going back again the service is just disgraceful.
