Great service but feel cheated about replacing a light bulb. I bought the light bulb with me and the reason why I didn’t change it was because I thought the one already there just wasn’t screwed in tight. Once he confirmed it was the bulb I gave it to him and they replaced it. It’s a simple change and I had no idea I would of been charged 10.00. Twice the cost of the bulb that I was prepared to do this myself. Just should of did it before I got there. Just not a good feeling after paying for an inspection. Quoting price before a service is what I’m accustomed to. Welcome to MD.

I don’t normally post here but I felt the need to post something to warn other people. Stay away from this station if possible. Jimmy, the station manager is more like a slick business man than a mechanic. My car broke down in front of the shop so I had no choice but to push my car to the shop. Jimmy said he will check the car then give me call. 3 hours later, he said I had faulty engine sensor that will cost me $ 120 for part and $ 200 for labor. I had no choice so I agreed. 2 hours later, Jimmy said the part didn’t fit so I need to get one from the dealer. Fine, I went and got one myself. I assumed the repair will only cost $ 200 since I got the part but NOOOO; Jimmy already set his mind on $ 320. After finishing the job, Jimmy said there was another issue so he got the part and installed it and it cost $ 120 so my total is still $ 320!!. I was stunned; did I have any say on this matter? It’s already in my car, allegedly and I need to go work. Fine, take the money. After spending $ 180 for original part and $ 320 for the job, I thought I was good for while right? NOO, I was so wrong. The very next day, the car broke down again but this time it was on the HWY. I spent $ 140 just to get the car towed home. When I approached Jimmy about the issue, he said «the car had so many problems. I can’t guarantee you everything, beside, I didn’t get the part. And he will charge me again just to look at the problem. Hell noo!

I recently visited this service center for a small repair and a state safety inspection. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Great job!

We always take our cars to this station for their regular maintenance and any repairs. The station manager, Jimmy, is great. Gracious, knowledgeable, fair — every neighborhood needs auto service like this!

Haven’t had any problems with basic oil change service. Convenient for me, quick service.

The mechanic, Jason, stole my sunglasses. It turned out to be a very expensive brake change.
They also didnt feel the emergency brake should be adjusted after changing the emergency brake pads, so the emergency brake is now very loose.
AVOID THIS SHOP IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE AND DONT WANT TO BE STOLEN FROM
