Staff is unfriendly, doctors unhelpful, and they won’t validate my parking pass(?!) So disappointed. Some staffs are very nice but some are very rude. I’ve been to other doctors for my back pain and I’ve gotten CT, x Ray, mri, everything. This place is the first place to tell me there’s nothing wrong when I am having back pain everyday if I drive, sit, walk for more than 10 minutes. Worst of all, they won’t validate my parking pass because I ‘parked at the wrong place’. It’s a hospital. I parked at patient parking. Yet I’m still paying for my parking. Never returning. Ever.

New patient here, but had an appointment. The receptionist said she would put my file together. 9 people came in after me and 9 people went before me. I waited 1 hour and 15 mins before I had to go up to the receptionist and ask how long will the wait be. She then said I would be next. After about another 15 minutes I am set in the back. Hurry up and Wait basically. No communication whatsoever, Unacceptable.

This place was great and what all doctor visits should be. I was seen fairly quickly by Dr. Sanders who seems to be the type of doctor that actually cares about their patient. He was more thorough than my last few doctor visits and it was a great experience considering the situation. I have a new orthopedic surgeon.

I recently got into a bicycle crash, and I had to go see someone about shoulder pain I’d been having – this place takes my insurance, so it was kind of my only option. The receptionists were very nice to me, even though they were rather harried due to dozens of patients calling to cancel pre-polar vortex. I heard one sassing someone on the phone, but from what I could hear, he was being a pain and deserved it – and to her credit, she kept calling him«Sir.» I think it was Dr. Smink who saw me. He’s the shoulder specialist, so he ran a quick series of tests on me while speaking quickly in physician-babble about various muscles groups and tendons while the assistant jotted down notes. He was quite friendly and willing to translate for the layperson in the room(me). I can only assume he knew what he was talking about. The x-ray technician also seemed very competent. The office itself is in the Holy Cross Hospital, which is a little strange because you have to walk into the Emergency entrance, but it’s only a half mile from the Forest Glen Metro and therefore(sort of) walkable. Their other offices are not accessible if you lack access to a car. Their physical therapy offices are in the same suite as the physicians’ offices, so bonus points for that.
