The office staff is incredibly rude. The fact that individuals do not realize that their extraneous comments are not only disrespectful and provocative, but completely unnecessary highlights that fact that the entire staff is in need of customer service training. Hint: If your comments don’t add to the conversation or serve a positive purpose, then you should evaluate whether or not to speak them before you actually speak them. It only takes one second for a first impression, but that impression will stay with your customer/client for a lifetime.

I saw all of Dr. Goldman’s reviews and immediatly set up an appointment to get my wisdom teeth removed. Pro: The staff is amazing and extremely helpful Con: Dr. Leonard is amazing just ask him well you can see all of his accomplishments in the waiting room but as far as seeing him you get the conveyor belt experience. I had to go back 3 times in pain before he gave me antibiotics then i was told if i had anymore pain i needed to go to a ENT. Good thing i did because something Dr. Leonard did caused me to get a sever sinus infection and i had to go in for a Sinus Surgery. So thanks to Dr. Lonard i didnt only have one surgery but two. I hated dentist’s before and this def didnt help. If you want a doctor that actually treats you go somewhere else.

I was referred to Dr. Goldman by my orthodontist! It was very easy and fast to set up and appointment and the staff at the office are very nice and friendly! The office is very clean and neat! The best part is they were on time which is definitely a plus! We’ll see how my surgery goes next week!
