As mentioned in previous post the parking may be tricky but it’s totally worth it. The owner of this shop is the sweetest lady! She really knows how to treat her customers well unlike the other fabric stores around the area.

Although the parking is tricky here and the building looks sketchy and run-​down, this store is really amazing. I sew historical costumes and it can be tricky to find fabric in the length I need; most chain stores only have eight yards to a bolt and I frequently need twelve or more!
The folks who work here are really friendly and helpful; I explained I was looking for a brocade or something similar and they quickly helped me pull out a half-​dozen choices that might work. I ended up finding something absolutely beautiful. The cost per yard was less than half of what I would have paid elsewhere.
I have gotten endless compliments on the final dress. Great little store — give it a chance, especially if you’re tired of places like Joann’s.
