I will not go here again, I bought a car that on the day I picked it up the tire pressure indicator was on. They put air in it and told me they checked it and I was good to go. Less than 2 days later it was low again. I called and they said the manager would call me back. I was also waiting for the manager to call me back to get my second key as they told me they were getting it from the previous owner (and which I never got). A week later, no call and yet again I had to put air in the tire. I called and called to the point where I finally drove back up to the dealer. Just my luck the manager was not in and nobody could help me. So I waited and called and left messages and put air in my tire every couple of weeks until I finally emailed corporate from the company websites contact page. Guess what happened next… NOTHING. No call back no customer service concern. just ignored some more. but what the heck, they already had my sale. I am no longer important. So I just call and call and finally 3 months after I bought the car, I get a call back! Darcars customer service determined too much time has passed to help me and that there was nothing else they could or would do. THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE I have ever seen. Go here only if you want to be ignored and frustrated.

At last, a GEM in the overcrowded Autopark in Silver Spring.
If you’re looking to buy a car in the Autopark, you’ll find plenty of places to choose from. But if you’re looking for great customer service and a team of world-​class employees to make your car buying experience that much more enjoyable and stress-​free, you’ll find it at DARCARS.
I cannot begin to praise the team of employees here enough. I honestly came here with my mom not expecting the level of care we received from staff, because let’s be honest… who expects car salespeople to be nice, caring and honest people?! No one! LOL.
But I’m very happy to say that all of the stereotypes of used car salesmen did not apply here. We were never once pressured to close any deals, we were able to negotiate a price that satisfied both parties and we got an amazing deal on a 2014 Nissan Altima with low, low miles and a price under $ 13,500! :)
When I say that ALL of the employees here are invested in providing you with optimal service, I seriously mean it. From start to finish, everyone I came into contact went out of their way to provide us with a great deal on our car, going as far as negotiating with banks on the best financing deal — I mean even the MANAGER of this place had our back… he took time to talk to my mom (who was purchasing the vehicle) and ensure a great rate for her.
I was seriously impressed, because quite honestly you NEVER hear of this sort of thing at the dealership. Our salesperson, Edith Jones, was also great and worked overtime to help us narrow down the perfect car to the perfect price!
The quality of cars here is very impressive — none of those dented, banged up jobs found ELSEWHERE in the AutoPark…*cough cough*. These cars are in pristine condition and ready to rock and roll off the lot!
I would definitely recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a great deal on a used car. It also doesn’t hurt that DARCARS is nationwide so taking your car into a service is a lot easier than somewhere like those random side of the road shops lol…
My onlyyyyyyy complaint is that they need to spruce up the place a bit… the waiting areas/​offices for customers are worn and a bit dark which can make one possibly feel a bit intimidated (which I’m sure works out for the salesperson lol). Also, they need vending machines because buying a car is NEVER a one hour deal… and a girl was HANGRY! lol but overall, 5 stars are EASILY awarded to DARCARS :)

We recently purchased a vehicle at Darcars Pre-​Owned Outlet. The service was exceptional. Ramin took care of us from start to finish — even taking us to the Darcars Lexus dealer to get some extra equipment for our new car. He was up-​front and honest about pricing and financing and extremely helpful every step of the way. Not only is he an incredible General Manager, he also is an excellent person. He spent extra time explaining our new vehicle’s systems at the end of the evening (8 pm!). He is trustworthy and honest. I will definitely refer all of my friends to Ramin at Darcars Pre-​Owned Outlet and will be back this summer when my son purchases his first car after college.
