Bought a livingsocial specifically to have the house cleaned for my sisters baby shower. Turns out that when I called the set the appointment in December, the lady wasn’t listening when I gave my name and phone number. When I called today to confirm she had the audacity to tell me that I never called and that it’s my fault the appointment isn’t «in their book» because «if i called it would be there». So now I get to stay up late after work cleaning, exactly what I was trying to avoid by hiring them. I’ve used multiple cleaning companies through Livingsocial/​Groupon, this will be one I won’t ever use again…

I purchased an Amazon Local deal for 2 man hours of cleaning (or one hour with two people). Ruth and Carmen came to clean my one bedroom condo and they did a phenomenal job! I was not really expecting much, but they really exceeded my expectations! They cleaned thoroughly, dusted, washed dishes and even made my bed. The cleaning products they used smelled so good and left my place gleaming! I forgot to mention to them that my AC was not working, and they did a thorough job in a hot condo with no complaints! I certainly recommend them! I am looking to have them clean my place again! It was worth the money. Also, prior to scheduling I did have several interactions with Sonia, who was very nice and helpful. I will admit that the ladies arrived about an hour later than they said they would, but I had a flexible schedule that day so it was not a problem for me.

don’t ever buy a groupon, living social or amazon local for this company. they do not show up for the scheduled appointment time and when you call they pretend like they never talked to you and made an appointment. you’ve been warned!!!
