I found this car service looking for personalized service without dealing with Über frustrations and no customer service. I’m so glad I did!
Steve was so easy to work with, he arrived on time, the car was spotless and smelled good, and the drive was easy and uneventful. All at a great price!
I like to support local businesses as much as possible. I find you get better service and its neighborly! If you’re in Montgomery county and need a ride to the airport, give this company a try. You will thank me.

We actually got off to a bit of a rocky start — FlightTracker told him my flight was coming in 45 later than it did, so had to wait till he could get to the airport. But fortunately had nothing scheduled that night except dinner so it wasn’t really a big problem.
I told him during the trip to Bethesda that I might be at the National Archives when we were scheduled to depart on Friday, but he offered to stay in touch & work something out if he didn’t have other passenger (s) scheduled at that time.
As it turned out, we talked on the phone and he was able to pick up my bags at the Hilton while I took the Metro back to Bethesda so he could me up at the Hyatt (next to Bethesda Metro) and leave for the airport in plenty of time.
I highly recommend Steve & Bethesda Shuttle — very accommodating, GREAT service at reasonable rates.

Excellent value, service, and all around experience. You can easily make reservations, and communicate by phone, text, or email — whichever you prefer. Infinitely better than a cab, I’ve used Bethesda Shuttle several times and will do so from now on. Very highly recommended.

I rarely bother writing reviews but I have to make an exception — Steve was fabulous. He was bang on time, flexible, friendly and very competitive on price, so much so that I used him round trip to BWI. His skilled driving got me to a critical meeting on time despite awful traffic. I could not ask for better service.
