Got two white sweaters that needed their zipper fixed. Zippers fixed. Cool. Returned to me with stains on the sweater. Not cool. When I showed her the stains on the sweater she just said«we fixed the zipper, we didn’t clean the sweaters.» Yeah but if you stain my sweaters when you fix the zippers then you should clean that. I’m not from this area but I would never return here.

I have been going here for several years now for all my alterations. Their prices are very reasonable and the alterations are very well done from original hems to shortening dresses to taking in jeans. Also, the owner, who is always there when I go, is the sweetest person and very honest and helpful.

I’ve been taking my clothes to Aristo for 5 years, they do a very good job and have great customer service — they know me by name and are always friendly. They have on several occasions fixed small tears and missing buttons without being asked and they find things that even I hadn’t noticed on my clothes. I use them for both dry cleaning and laundering for my husband’s shirts and we are always satisfied. Costs are reasonable; I’m not tempted to go anywhere else. We’ve also used their tailoring services a few times for basic work(hems, etc.), reasonably priced and fast work.

Aristo Cleaners is inexpensive, and I think when it comes to dry cleaners, you get what you pay for. Many times I have had to bring my clothes back because obvious stains remain. I also routinely have to iron freshly laundered shirts before I can wear them, which completely defeats the purpose of why I took them there in the first place. I have even had to go back to have the hemlines of pants re-altered — they came back shorter than they were supposed to. On top of that they even blamed me for not telling them the length I wanted, which was not the case! I just get the impression that they are careless and/or inattentive there. I will be taking my dry cleaning business elsewhere.

Aristo Cleaners is a great, inexpensive place to go for dry cleaning. I have been here a couple of times in the last couple of months, and the quality of service is great each time. Aristo usually asks for two days(except on weekends) to before returning to the store and pick up your clothing. Alterations are also done by Aristo for a reasonable price. Aristo closes at 7PM on the weekdays, 6PM on Saturdays.
