A friend lives in the building. This property is a senior living facility. There are nice grounds, a small workout room, a community room, a game room with a pool table. The apartments are okay. I am most familiar with the community room.
There are lots of nit-​picky rules about where guests can park and being quiet if you use the community room (but it is a senior building where people are probably in bed by 7pm).
The building is secure. The chances of getting a lecture about not taking out the trash or sitting in the wrong chair are stronger than being robbed.
