I neglected writing a review for a long time for Dram, because frankly, I didn’t want any of you lovely Unilocalers to find it and make their tiny space even more crowded than it already is. Dram reminds me of a hipster joint in NYC, but instead it’s in middle of Silver Plum (huh?), CO. I think it’s population ~500, right off of 70.
Everything they do is hand-​crafted, and many of their concoctions are foraged from the surrounding area. It’s not cheap, but their drinks and products are world-​class. Inside, the place just oozes history. It feels like you’re back in the 1800s and are stopping in after a hard day of digging tunnels.
Dram is a great little apres ski joint if the traffic is surly. They do serve some food /​snacks to tide you over, too. We had a bowl of vegetarian chili and more cocktails than I’d care to mention. If you’re in the area, and you have time, do yourself a favor and stop by.
