I tried to explain to the parts man my problem and offered to email pictures of the exact parts and he told me I had to come in after coming in I was told I have to come in on another day in order for them to see the part and then order it and come back another time and leave the car for an appointed 2 to 3 hours to install the sticker I have owned Lexus for five years and loved their service every time I do not buy a Chevy or use this location for service ever!
