A hidden gem! We’re new to the area and were exploring Signal Mountain and stumbled on the Olive Bean for Sunday brunch. Everything was fresh, organic and delicious. We’ll definitely come back.

Exactly the business that Signal Mountain needed. Great sandwich/​coffee/​smoothie/​juice bistro and grocery! Great friendly service. Healthy and tasty food options. I’m enjoying their Eggplant Caprisi Panini and a carrot/​apple/​ginger juice. More than satisfied. Give this little place a try. Great atmosphere and interior as well. Free Wi-​Fi and outdoor seating too! Can’t beat the Olive Bean!

So happy to have the Olive Bean on Signal. We had developed a Saturday morning routine of driving to a favorite coffee shop downtown. Now, we can make a very short drive – or, even walk – to the Olive Bean. Their front deck is a delightful place to dine and linger – free Wi-​Fi is pretty cool. too. The pastries are delish and the service great. I have also utilized the natural grocery items with success. Great addition to the mountain!

Stopped by this café on our way to Signal Mountain Lookout while on the motorcycle, to get a sandwich to go. What a great find, we ordered a pistachio and avocado sandwich, it was delicious!!! We also had a peach drink that was really good also! Cute restaurant with a lovely front porch to eat at and some indoor seating too, they also have an organic small grocery store, that had great items! If I lived locally this would definitely be one of my regular spots!!!

This little sandwich shop/​organic grocery store makes delicious sandwiches, salads, soups, and smoothies. I got the Reuben, my wife got a quinoa salad. She got the Urban Green smoothie, I got the Goji berry. All were tasty and serves quickly.
After you dine, there is a small but stocked organic grocery store with local produce, health foods, bulk grains, and condiments, spice blends, and some organic novelty foods and snacks. It’s great if you want to bolster your pantry with some organics, but it’s not a full grocery store.
All in all, a good little café.
