All I can say is pass on this company and go to another one. It’s not worth having to deal with the internal dramas that go on here. I asked for an absolute final price the work would cost me. I was then told it would be an additional $ 85 for an electrician to move my outlets. It’s not alot of money but I made a point that this was above the price and Bruce (the main point person) told me to just pay it to the electrician and he would personally reimburse me. He said he didn’t want the company to know about him agreeing to reimburse me.
It’s been two months of playing cat and mouse with him and all he could do was say it wasn’t in the contract and go on about how he is broke and there’s internal strife within the company. I finally got $ 35 and a teary sob story from Bruce Liu who actually told me at one point he’s taking over the company. Doubt I’ll ever see the other $ 50 as promised. The installers (I believe independent contractors) were good but a big caution goes out this company seems to be falling apart.
