They have been doing my rodent and pest control for a few months now and they are awesome! Always call about a week before to confirm the day and time, shows up on time and always with a smile. I haven’t seen any rodents or nasty pests since they starting coming out! Highly recommend.

First Western is the best!!! I used them for a termite inspection when I purchased my home! The tech Martine was very honest with me he stopped me from paying for services I was told I needed by another pest company which was going to cost me over $ 4000, but I really didn’t need most of the services! I now use them for monthly pest control service!!! Now I’m in the process of buying another property and I will use first western for my termite inspection and monthly pest control service! If you want honesty and good prices First Western is the company! I will not use anyone else!

Meh… they didn’t keep up with their promise for the yearly controls.

Made and appointment to have them come out and inspect my house on Monday morning. I took the day off and stayed home all day waiting for them to show up.
I started calling after noon when they had not shown and got their recorder but no one returned my call. By the end of the day I was very frustrated. To date they never returned my calls or showed up.
I found another place who came early, was great and worked with me. They are coming out to treat my house this weekend.
Don’t waste your time or money with this outfit. Not dependable, does not return calls!
Shame they don’t have a zero stars rating. They earned it!
