Avocet Custom Canvas

Avocet Custom Canvas is the best in the area. They are quick and friendly.
Avocet is a little more pricey than some of the places in downtown Long Beach or over in Seal Beach, but they are worth it. My family has had various jobs done on our boats by different canvas companies in the area, but Avocet’s workmanship was much more solid than most.
We really like working with Avocet, as they are attentive to our needs as well as quick and personable.

I had them build a Compainionway cover for my boat a few years ago.
It was made really well. It’s still the best canvas on my boat.

Everything is built to your boat’s specifications and fitted perfectly.
The owner, Betty Aanensen is a wonderful little woman who stops at nothing to ensure amazing customer care. Her work is second to none with her absolutely perfect stitching, the highest quality canvas, and both classical and modern designs. She has a small staff that is composed of her daughter and one employee and if you’re not satisfied with her work, she is always happy to do alterations.
I was extremely sad to find out that no one has Unilocaled Avocet Custom Canvas yet! Betty deserves recognition for her artisan-​grade labor. I came here to contract a car cover and I couldn’t be more happy about my decision. Although they mainly focus on the boating world, they are a custom shop and can make more or less anything as long as it’s made of canvas.
