Five stars is not enough. Sal is so helpful. We contracted another engineer to do our structural calculations. He abandoned us half way. In our desperation we contacted Sal. Not only did he corrected the mistakes the previous engineer did but did all the corrections that the city was requesting. On top of, he guided us on all other documents we need for our project and did it in less than a week. Last but not least his prices are soo reasonable. Highly recommended.

Have a small sandwich shop which needed some work. Contacted Sal and he came out to look at the project. The project was completed on time and was finished within the quoted price. Sal had some suggestions during the project that we did approve and those few changes gave the project a much better look. One of those was to replace ceiling tiles and I am very glad we did this while we were down for the project.
Most of the work was fine but disappointed in floor. If it wasn’t for the floor result I would give a better review.
Sal was always available to answer questions and to discuss concerns. The crew always started on time.

Searched for contractors in OC and Los Angeles area and decided to go with this company, I’m glad I did. Sal was very helpful and patient with the vision of how I wanted my restaurant to turn out and the results were beyond my expectations. Definitely recommend him!
