Wendy’s

Kudos to Wendy’s at lunch time. I stopped by for my second visit (ever) and was impressed. The young lady at the register was very polite. I ordered a naked bacon burger with fries and the new organic honey tea… Nothing to bitch or complain about. The burger was freshly grilled, fries were amazing (cooked crispy) as was the new tea.
I would come back and actually consider this the best burger joint here in SV next to the burgers from Texas Roadhouse.
Kudos Wendy’s. Keep it up. Fresh is always better!

I went to the drive through at Wendy’s last night. I ordered a fish sandwich and a sweet ice tea. when I received my food, I asked if there was a straw in the bag, and was told yes. As I was driving, I was reaching to find the straw and there was none. I realized there were french fries in the bag that I had not ordered. I took the lid off the drink and took a sip. It was not sweet ice tea. I reached my destination and took the sandwich out of the bag. It was a hamburger. I looked for the receipt to see what was on the receipt and did not find a receipt. I went back to Wendy’s and asked for a manager and told him what happened. He asked what I would like. I said what I ordered. He said it was too busy to go through the entries of what was ordered and asked for my receipt. I said I did not get one. He said all receipts are taped on the bag otherwise the workers don’t know what to put in the bag. I said obviously they did not know what to put in the bag/​. He said he needed the receipt for accounts payable. He then agreed to give me what I had ordered, but said next time to keep the receipt.

Watch out for the Drive through workers. I went there and ordered a lemonade, watched as the lemonade went into the vehicle in front of me. Couple of minutes later the lemonade came out of that vehicle back into the hands of the drive through guy working, Michael something, with a straw now in it. I pulled forward and he tried to give it to me. I asked if it as the same that was returned from the car ahead of me and he said yes. I asked if he was aware that you cant give food returned from customers to other vehicles and he stated that it was never in their training so he did it all the time.

If I am having a fast food burger, it’s usually here at Wendy’s or Carl’s Jr. There really isn’t much else around here. They are fast, courteous and clean. That’s something that a lot of places in town have managed to mess up. I usually go through the drive-​thru, and I am pretty keen on the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The fries are yummy, but I do my best to limit my fry intake. They also have a decent number of items if you want to eat something a little more healthy. Word of warning though, if you are counting calories, BE SURE to look at the calorie content of the dressing. Then say goodbye to honey-​mustard. Lol. Also, every once in a while I have to get a biggie shake for old time’s sake. Yum.

Sonic seems to get it right, but every time I go here, I order it the same way, they always make it with a bun and I have to drive back and ask for them to redo it.
Every time I eat inside the restaurant they get my order right.

Yep, for real, Wendy’s. Why? I’m rating this Wendy’s because of its consistency and customer service. I already feel bad having fast food, but I feel better if I can get a baked potato, chili, or salad as my side. I love getting an ultimate grilled chicken sandwich because it actually is tender and has some flavor which is not the case with all the Wendy’s around. Plus, their drinks are actually human size and I don’t have to drink out of a– one size fits all bucket. So yeah, I’ll keep going if I’m gonna have fast food.

Good Wendy’s location. They always get the orders up fast, even during the lunch rush. Food is always cooked well. A couple of times they messed up slightly on special requests, no biggie.

The fastest drive-​thru service anywhere, short of the «In-​and-​Out» chain. Love the spicey chicken sandwich combo! The new fries are to DIE FOR!

I’m not sure I would call this Wendy’s the «gem of Sierra Vista» but it was pretty darn good. Everything was hot and fresh as it should be even though it was the lunch rush. It was super busy but they kept the line moving. I would imagine most places try to do this since they get lots of military folks from the base that need to eat and get back to the base. The inside was clean and they had people in the dining room cleaning and delivering food to tables. So as fast food goes, this Wendy’s is pretty darn good!

This Wendy’s makes the best Baconator ever! It almost competes with Five Guys Burgers.
Not to be confused with other Wendy’s. This may be the gem of Sierra Vista. *shrugs*
