Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

This branch refused to honor an advertised special and for the past few months I’ve been trying to cancel my account. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service.

Usually midday, I’ve been hearing rustling noises coming from the AC/​Furnace closet and assumed it was pigeons or doves that might have built a nest on the roof by the AC unit, which is directly above the furnace closet. After calling several listings for pest control in the Sierra Vista, AZ area, only to be told that they don’t deal with birds, I finally reached a friendly Truly Nolen rep who assured me that they do, and would be happy to come out and inspect for birds.
Richard, of Truly Nolen, came out today and promptly found a large lizard napping in the furnace closet. He used towels to block off all the possible escape routes in the hallway, under doors, and was able to efficiently catch the lizard. Because of my concerns– I’ve seen the same lizard in my front courtyard and was worried that if let go outside the house, it would surely just be back in again, as it had been probably been coming in every afternoon thru the AC unit– so Richard secured it in a plastic container and put air holes in it, so that he could take it elsewhere for release.
Richard was efficient, courteous, professionally attired, friendly, AND refused payment. Although I fully expected to pay for the service call, he stated that he didn’t really do anything. I beg to differ! Although we haven’t used a pest/​insect control service in the past, we WILL be arranging for service from Truly Nolen and highly recommend them in the Sierra Vista, AZ area!
