In response to Chris K — how could your company have given me the best quote based on the information I provided when your rude employee didn’t even give me an opportunity to provide it due to her constantly interrupting me??? Did you even read my first review? Your half ass canned apology & well wished are not accepted. You need to have a word about proper phone manners & customer service with your employee answering your phones & giving quotes. If she is the first impression of your business, you won’t be in business much longer.

Called the telephone number listed on the website at 6:30 am on a Saturday. Was automatically forwarded to owners cell phone. Owner starts complaining to me that it’s 6:30 am on a Saturday and his business is closed. Bad attitude and treated me very poorly because his company can’t hook it’s phone lines up properly. Not eager to work either. Good luck.

This was the BEST experience we have ever had with a moving company. We contracted with them and they were professional, fast and cheerful. They were careful with our possessions, and although a few minor items showed damage from the transportation, they were much more careful with our furniture than anyone else every has been… and reasonable with our claim. They even moved a vehicle for us and delivered very quickly!
I only wish we could use them EVERY time we move.

TLC Moving company has been the best moving company we’ve ever used. I have been in the military for 13 years and did a full do it yourself move and storage because of a deployment to Afghanistan. The company started off well with each individual showing up on time, introducing themselves while looking us in the eye, and shaking our hands. First impressions mean a lot. They were incredibly careful with all the packing and still managed to keep a steady fast pace, ensuring they’d complete the job as scheduled. They were meticulous with the inventories, and box marking, ensuring we saw every number on every box going out the door. All of them were incredibly friendly, polite, and seemed to enjoy their jobs. If I could move with this company EVERY time I would because we’ve had terrible experiences in the past with numerous moves through the military. You will NOT be disappointed with their outstanding service and dedication to their jobs. I very highly recommend TLC Moving Company.
