Complete ass-​monkeys.
The update I just got from «customer service» as power has been out for two hours already… «We don’t know what is wrong and we don’t know when it will be fixed.»
But of course we won’t see any credits for the outage.
Groceries thawing, can’t get an electric breathing machine working. Unbelievable.
How hard is it to say that a car hit a pole and it’ll be a couple more hours. Just lie to me even…

Wow… establishing service? –these guys need over $ 200 bucks for a deposit! If you’ve got a letter of good standing from your previous utility company or if you’re in the military you can obtain a memo from the housing office that can give you a break on the deposit. SSVE is unique in that it is a co-​op which I’ve never seen from a utility company before but takes years before you build member benefits/​dividends. I received great customer service at this location.
