This place is wonderful! I love the fact that I can just walk in and be seen, adjusted, and on my way out within 15ish minutes! I been going here for over a month now and have never made an appointment. I simply show up, sign in, and get an adjustment! I have been adjusted by both sons, and I feel a huge difference afterwards. Over time, I have been feeling better and have less pain in the area of my back between my shoulder blades. Furthermore, my neck is less achy and no longer stiff! Between them and I, we all can agree I will benefit from a better bed too. I work at Mattress Firm and ordered myself a tempurpedic. I personally believe that a combination of professional expertise adjustments I get from the Smith doctors and my new tempurpedic bed I get in a couple of weeks will do wonders for me!!! If you are experiencing any neck or back pain, I urge you to try Smith chiropractic!

Wonderful fast service. Never need an apointment, just call ahead and tell them you’re coming and/​or check waiting time. Both father and son are very nice, caring, and professional. I recommend them to anyone. Only down fall they are closed over lunch time.

I made an appointment at my previous session and arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The waiting room was COMPLETELY full — some patients were having to stand because no seats were available. When my appointment time arrived, and I was still sitting in the waiting room, I asked the receptionist when I would be seen. She told me that there were 6 people ahead of me, because walk-​ins were given priority over scheduled appointments. I don’t understand the point of making appointments if the doctor doesn’t intend on keeping it. Asking someone to wait 2 hours past their SCHEDULED appointment time is beyond rude. Needless to say, I will not be going back. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
