Called three times, over a two week period was left on hold over 10 minutes every time, had to hang up twice, last time when I was able to stay on the line I asked to speak with the office manager, I had no complaints about the staff or their professionalism, just the long waits. she just said someone out sick, very short staffed. Well they must not be trying too hard to get a temp in because it ain’t that hard. So will not be using their services, because understaffed means over worked and in my experience that leads to mistakes. I just don’t want that.

I didn’t care much for the reception area. It was crowded and there were about 7 feet between the waiting area chairs and the receptionist-​yeah, not much room for privacy. The great things about my visit though; I was called back about 8 minutes after I arrived, my provider was warm, kind, personable and extremely helpful, my visit was quick and easy. So-​once you get past the front, everything should be a-​okay.
