There are few people we trust with our health AND our looks, but Eileen Coulsteen NP at Laser and Lenzner has been my «go to» NP for years now. Consistently conscientious, caring, and attentive. However, I definitely have more fun with my visits to Laser Cosmetics(amazing staff there) than to the Doctors office, I have never been disappointed with either facility and continue to recommend them to all! Professionalism, courtesy, quick response time and knowing ones clients are key elements I believe we all value. You will receive professional and personable service consistently and without fail! Eileen– your the best!

I have been here several times. The staff is professional and they seem like medicayl techs, competent training. I am in my early 50s. They have given me the extra boost of confidence and touch up that I need.

I have been going to Laser Cosmetic for years & I’ve always found Eileen and her staff courteous, fun & professional. Heck, they even have their certifications on the wall. I started out researching laser hair removal after being fed up plucking and/or shaving twice a day thanks to crappy genetics. Getting wax jobs«down yonder» was painful, embarrassing & took moments away from my life I would never get back. One local«spa,» and I’m using the term VERY loosely here, gave me nightmares at the poor service. I seriously thought I’d paid to contract mange. While I did find one«nice» lady to efficiently«clean house,» I still felt like I was at the gyno’s office without the benefit of full insurance coverage to pay the bill that should’ve included dinner & a movie first. I called around Tucson & found the prices outrageous. I was quoted $ 800 per session to laser my lower legs from the bottom of my knee down to the ankle, with the top of my foot not included, which I found ridiculous. For a girl who lives in southern Arizona having hairy toes in flip-flops is NOT cool. To laser those ridiculous«catfish» hairs off my chin? $ 200 per session and the lip was a separate $ 200. Given my family’s Wookie heritage, I estimated it would cost me 10 grand just to shave once a day. I was a very discouraged, hairy young woman. One day I happened to drive by Laser Cosmetic’s old location… this beacon in the desert, that desert being Sierra Vista, of course. I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist and Eileen. I expected another round of sticker shock, but figured it wouldn’t cost a dime to be let down & since there’s no real entertainment in this town I could use the adrenalin rush. Eileen was very helpful & within a few minutes I was in a comfortable room talking to her laser tech, Diana. Diana explained the procedure & I was pleasantly surprised I could get EIGHT sessions for my Wookie ‘stache & catfish chin for around $ 300. Of course I tried to convince Diana she’s left a zero off that quote, given my Tucson issues, but she held firm. I paid for the package in full before she changed her mind & walked out renewed with the hope of forever ditching the tweezers & need for 10 lbs of concealer for those nagging ingrown hairs. Low & behold, Diana made getting those hairs zapped a blast. She had a great sense of humor & advised me on ways to make the experience nearly pain free. There were positive results after the first two treatments & I haven’t used those cursed tweezers since. Honestly, I felt like I was getting a «two-fer» deal every time I came in… hair removal and counseling session all in one shot. After a particularly nasty breakup I figured I’d need to up my game before I put myself up on the market. I asked Diana if removing witch-like skin tags was an option. Sure enough I left the office with an appointment to remove the clothes-catching offenders which have remained gone ever since. I then joined roller derby. I quickly realized the potent emotional scars that could come to my league mates after my coach yelled«you’re gonna have to put your(insert derogatory term for your posterior or a donkey-like animal here) in her junk!!» during one of my first practices. Translation: booty blocking is a MUST in roller derby & I didn’t want a free pass on the track because my fellow skaters wanted to avoid my «Gracie Lou Freebush»…if you catch my drift. I went back to Diana & explained my new-found terror. To my surprise, getting the«goods» lasered is a common, albeit«exhilarating» experience. She explained Eileen had started an unlimited laser package & for a little over a grand I could come in once a month & have the hair on my ENTIRE legs, feet & «lady parts» annihilated. Yup, I paid up in full, despite the offer to make payments. The techs were very professional & I didn’t have a «dirty» feeling when I left. The mental stress of on-the-track jungle love was now averted! I have since used my unlimited package to get those pesky pits, arms & hands done. The Ladies of Laser Cosmetic are always willing to do a quick touch up & I literally do not need to shave at all now. Given I’m a full-fledged derby girl in booty shorts & fishnets this saves me a few hours of pre-bout preening. It also ensures my derby girl & skate tattoos don’t grow into furry representations of my former self. Don’t be a Wookie, get lasered. I can guarantee the low cost of services here will save you from buying stock in a shaving cream company.

This was a new experience for me. I filled out a questionnaire and also had consultations to determine what I really needed. The office is clean and nicely decorated. The staff is highly skilled and professional but made me feel relaxed. So any anxiety was diminished. I recommend the Vaser. I had it on the neck and it had immediate results with tightening the skin and one month later it still looks good. The laser improved my complexion, also immediate results and still looks good. I tried the Juvaderm. Eileen is an artist! Very subtle but people keep telling me how good I look-as if I’m well rested and glowing with health. I would definitely return for more services. This place is a gem in the southeast Arizona area!

I had a great experience here when I attended their«Night in Paris«event. Interacting with Eileen and the rest of the staff made me come back for a variety of services. The facilities are clean which is super important to me, especially in this type of setting. I felt a combination of hospital/family, which made for a good balance. When you live in a southwest region you need these types of services that are available.
