Had a great experience with KG’s repair tech (Chris) on a really crappy day. Appointment was easy to make last week and he came out right on schedule at the house. Even though I was his last scheduled stop for the day, he was still very polite and professional and helpful. He worked on my dishwater for over 30 minutes troubleshooting even though my power was out and still gave me many options. Was even willing to come back tomorrow to look at the washer again.
Even though it cost $ 75 for the service call, it can be applied towards the cost of either a replacement dishwasher or replacement part. I would definitely give them another call the next time I have issues and will review once I figure out if I want the part ordered or the washer replaced.
