IHop

My family and I come here a couple times a month. The service is fine, the food is good and the prices are cheap. We usually come on Sunday afternoons and the place is almost always empty. I recommend the cupcake pancakes.

We’ve lived here in Sierra vista for a year now and love coming to IHOP. The waiters are friendly and professional and our food always comes out hot and delicious.
I did encounter one rude cashier in January when I asked to use the military discount. Her attitude changed when she noticed I added my discount toward the tip. This is something my family and I have always done. Majority of the staff are amazing so we will keep coming back.

They have gotten better! Service and food.
Today the family had breakfast.
It was delicious. Love the new crepes they offer. Coffee wasn’t the best, but I don’t go there for the coffee.
It was also the 1^st time I did not get heartburn on the hashbrowns. Anytime again.

My husband and I eat out frequently and our expectations are not high on a busy Sunday morning at IHOP. However, we sat down ordered our drinks only got enough coffee for one cup each. It was never refilled and even when all of our cups were completely empty we were never asked if we wanted something else to drink. Our food took over an hour to come out and when it finally did the order was incomplete and I had to ask twice to get the rest of our items and the pancakes we got were the wrong kind but at this point we were so hungry we just ate what we got. Same thing happened last time we ate there and it’s been nearly a year since we ate there last. Definitely won’t be going back anytime soon.

So we tried to give this place a try. This is not an Ihop that lives up to the ihop name. Food came out cold and late. I would recommend another place to eat. Service was fine. We decided to give this place a try after spending some time away nothing has changed so disappointed

Food is just what you expect, which is good and well presented. Service was very good, order taken quickly, served within 10 minutes for a party of four. Coffee refills were prompt. Check presented within three minutes of the meals completion.
All of the orders were correct the first time and the waitress was attentive and efficient.
We will eat here again.

This place is hit or miss and today was a big miss. 50 minutes and still waiting for our food. No coffee refills either. Will not be coming back anytime soon. F!
Part 2; the management comped us for the 50+ minute wait but nothing is free. I’ve been sick to my stomach ever since. Never again… lesson learned.

Family of 4, all of our food was cold. Pancakes, eggs, bacon. All of it. Plus all the orders were off; 1 egg instead of 2, hash browns no one ordered, etc. Overall go somewhere else.

I was on vacation visiting and my family and I came for breakfast and the waitress checked on us once. Our food took over an hour to come out and it was cold. There was 6 of us and they had to re cook everything. Even the manager had a horrible attitude. The only decent thing they did was they took care of the bill. Going out to eat nobody should get that kind of service. I would never go back.

This IHOP is nothing like the reviews. It’s great fast service I go about once a week I feel like family. I really think people in this town have nothing better to do but, complain. Think about what you say before you cost alot of people their jobs in the community! I give IHOP a high five!

Food and prices are okay. The service can be very slow, especially if you go on an off hour as they will have a very small staff. The one star is because of the gawd awful scent in the restrooms. It smells like the sewers have backed up. They started using some kind of deodorizer, but now it smells like someone spilled a bottle of perfume in to an open sewer.

.57cent pancakes on July 7^th, only at IHOP can you get .57 cent pancakes. Make sure let everyone know. We went on pancake day it was great. Better than Dennys.

Make sure at iHop if you want your kids to eat free, ask before the bill comes. They don’t just deduct kids meals without asking.

EPIC FAIL FOR BREAKFAST! Too bad I can’t give a negative star. The waitress Veronica was great but even she could not cover for the awful food! Just an over priced Waffle House!

I came to here by myself on a Friday at 11 A.M. They were kinda busy and there were no tables open immediately so the hostess wrote my name on the list. Two more groups came in and she put their names on the list after mine, then disappeared and I never saw her again. Another girl rings up some customers then seats a bunch of people who just walked in, after I had waited for about 15 minutes. I walked up to her and asked why I wasn’t seated, but the other people who came in after me had been? She said «oh I didn’t see you there.» I told her I was leaving and walked out. This place is disorganized, the staff is rude, avoid!

Been there twice and it’s been terrible every time. Slow SLOW service and food is gross

We ate here on a Monday morning. Got here around 10:10. We were at our table for 10 minutes without seeing our server. I tried catching the hostess and she advised me the server was aware we were here. 10:25 the hostess came around to take our drink order and our food order. Two mins later the server came up and tried taking our drink orders. Family of four next to us waited 15 minutes without any service and ended up leaving. Another guy showed up and sat at the same table the family sat at and left after 10 mins. Finally got our food at 10:55. Didn’t see our waitress for 25 mins after the food was brought out for our check and a to go box. Food was decent but I would’ve been better off getting a breakfast sandwich from the McDonald’s drive thru.

If you’re starving I don’t recommend coming here unless you want to wait a LONG time. Maybe you can come here after you eat breakfast and get your food just in time for lunch!

One star for the waitress but the cooks suck… cold food and one in in our party had to wait 10 mins after we got our food for her breakfast crepes… Very disappointed this restaurant needs help crayon marks in the booth jelly and syrup all over the table very disappointed

We had a large party of nine and they were able to seat us within five minutes upon arival. Our server provded prompt service and our food was brought out very quicly. the food quality was really good and they even added a few new items to their menu. Overall it was great service and food at a reasonable price.

This isn’t a one-​star review for two reasons: 1) my country-​fried steak was actually pretty tasty, and 2) I’ve had decent food here before so I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they were just having an off day.
That said, today’s experience was horrendous. A half-​hour wait for the food, and when it came everything except my steak (including my husband’s food) was room temperature. My eggs (ordered over-​medium) were runny and raw in the whites, and the hash browns rubbery and awful. The pancakes weren’t hot, but at least were edible, which is more than I can say for the rest of it. Even the steak wasn’t quite cooked through.
It was such an awful experience that when I saw a couple of folks waiting for a server to show them to a table (with no server in sight), I did something I’ve never done before and quietly advised them to go elsewhere.
