I am very happy with the service I received here. For a very low cost I got my and my fiancés ring resized. I am extremely picky and quite hard to please and I could not have been happier with the final results. This business is willing to work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Purely excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone anytime.

Excellent service. Only store in Sierra Vista, willing to resize my ring as it was a silver setting. Did a great job and the ring fits perfectly. Incredible variety of antiques, kachinas, oddities, and, of course, jewelry. I also had some jewelry that I had inherited and needed to have it reviewed. They kindly took the time to go through it. While there I found a beautiful pair of fresh water pearl earrings. Wanted to make sure that I had gotten a good deal from them so I had them evaluated by another jeweler. I paid $ 10.00 to $ 20.00 under the retail price and they didn’t even charge me for resizing my ring. Golden Rule Jewelry Antiques and More is one of the best multifaceted stores (repair, antiques, jewelry and as the name indicates — more) that I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. I am Updating this Review Because I wrote my Last One Pissed Off… Not entirely accurate OR fair. The son has proven to be an invaluable asset to this fine little establishment & has successfully changed my perspective altogether. I assume he’s just feisty from time to time… Lookin’ out for his pops. Returned many a’ times, will continue to return as long their open.
We’ve been to Golden Rule probably 6 — 7 times now. This is the ONLY PLACE to go if you want to buy or sell silver/​gold/​antiques. Truly. At the beginning of the year my cuz asked me «hey where do I go to sell gold?» I immediately said «Golden Rule. Hwy 92. SV». Then just last week my big bro text me asking «where can I get full melt for my silver?» I said «Golden Rule, Hwy 92, SV». I would never recommend a business to the people I love unless I personally trusted the business myself. This really is the ONLY PLACE in ALL of COCHISE COUNTY! that’s Actually Worth Walking Into. As stated in my prior reviews, I’ve been to MANY around here (Benson/​SV/​Tucson).
Everyone on Staff has Good Experience, Especially the Father & Son… They make a great team, their are easy to talk to, fun to haggle with, fair on prices & have a whole bevvy of fabulous craziness in their shop! I want to spend more money here, & that’s just exactly what my intentions are. I’ve had a number of opportunities to deal with the staff at this store and have been pleased to be treated in such a fair and friendly manner. As their slogan proclaims, it appears they really do treat you the way they would want to be treated.

Wonderful service! I took my 10k white gold ring here to be resized and not only was it a great price, but also really quick. I paid $ 20 for the sizing and got it back by the end of the day! They also cleaned and buffed it out to its original glory.
The shop is not just jewelry repair. They sell collectable coins, antiques, and have a beautiful selection of jewelry for sale too. They also had great rates in silver bullion, if you are a silver collector. All in all this store is amazing! I highly recommend them for your jewelry or collectable needs/​wants.
