Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Sometimes the staff is a bit too friendly and helpful. I have been in there before, a couple of times, ready to pay and check out and the lone cashier is either on the phone talking about different video games coming out in the future or spending way too much time talking about his favorite parts of certain video games with other non-​paying customers.

I like the new location. Main complaint is the parking lot. Very tight spaces. Prices for them buying your games are really low, but there are other options out there nowadays. Clean facility and the staff is nice. If you’re a video game nut, its always nice to visit a GameStop.
