Things are a little confusing around here in Sierra Vista. This is the only FedEx office I’ve seen around here. When I received a notice for a package I needed to pick up (though this is the Ship Center) I thought I’d be able to pick it up here. The FedEx GROUND center is down Highway 90 (past the UPS center), hidden next to the Humane Society! I’d create an entry for THAT center, but I have no idea what their address is and I don’t see it listed online. Hope this if helpful if you ever must pick up a package. The customer service representative at this ship center was helpful though.

Customer services needs improvement. The gentleman working the counter was extremely rude. We tried sending an envelope certified and he thought we wanted to get something notarized and insisted that we go to a bank. He kept cutting us off saying «Let me finish.» By the end of the disagreement I finally said «I don’t understand why I need to get an envelope notarized if I just want to verify that my brother received the envelope.» He said «OHHHHHH you want it certified!» I told him «Yeah, that’s what I’ve been saying.» He had the audacity to say «No you didn’t you said notarized.» Which I know for a fact we didn’t. I think he just assumed that since we had a vehicle title in our hands. Though I prefer Fedex over other companies I will not be returning here if he is working.

I was expecting a package, which I needed to sign for. It arrived one day early… and I was not home. I got a call from Manuel, the driver, and he waited 15 minutes for me to drive home!!! Thanks FedEx and Manuel, for great customer service!

Quick, easy and friendly every time I’ve been there so far. Only down side would be the small front office area is very small when there are more than 3 people waiting. But the folks have always been processed quickly, so not a big issue for too long.
