Your typical BWW fare. Same as you would get in any other part of the country.
Ashley the Bartender was very attentive to me and really nice.

Alibi. I have avoided this place due to eating at one on the East coast! Bad experience!
I was told the local BWWs wings were better than their new competitor (Native), and thought… Why not, Natives wings/​service was slipping. So we tried.
100% better than Native wings! Plus the wings are larger in size! More flavorful and COOKED all the way through! BWWs has got my business.
Downside… Really none, but I really wish all restaurants would make homemade ranch! I would compare these wings to Wingstop! And those are the bomb! «Silver» Standard. No one has beat them on fries though!!!
Kudos to the BWWs servers! Awesome service. Fast, consistent. Wow. Ty is awesome.

If there is one thing that has kept me from giving B-​Dubs a high rating is the temperature of the food!
Since it opened it’s doors, the food is consistently tepid. Even if you ask for it to piping hot, it comes out mediocre. Just the opposite for a brew. You can’t get a tall, cold beer!
However, if you «know» someone, they’ll speak to «someone» in the kitchen for you and the food will be nice and hot!
I got a basket of fries today where some of them tasted raw!
Why do I go back? Because, believe it or not, it’s one of the better sports bars in town!

This is your normal Buffalo Wild Wings… just like any national chain, you know what you are getting when it comes to the food.
BUT…this BWW’s earns 5 because they go out of their way to please the customers. This is the best BWWs I’ve been to while traveling the country. Take your time and check this one out.

So we go there after a long day at work to get some dinner before the nights end. Show up and get sat at the bar, it takes almost ten minutes for the server to show up. Once he shows up we order our drinks and somehow they didn’t know how to make a «black+tan,» weird but whatever. So we place the drink orders and move on. Drinks take about 10 minutes to come out, but we finally get them. So then here we are at BWW, on wing special night, ready to order the special, and it takes another 10 – 15 minutes for our server to come back and take our order. We get our order in and then wait, and wait, then just when we thought we waited enough, we wait some more.
It took almost 30 minutes for our wings to come out. Now anyone who cooks or eats wings knows they don’t take that long to make. When they do come out they are cold! Not only are our wings are cold, but the two other guys (who didn’t order wings) had cold food. So the manager comes out and we tell him the situation and he says, «Well they just came out.»
Moral of the story… THIS IS NOT LIKE ANY BWW YOU HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. Do yourself the favor and move along to another place where the service and food is actually better than terrible.

Undercooked wings with slimy skin and staff that seemed pretty indifferent made for an overall sub-​par experience. I’m not expecting a gourmet meal, but if your establishment has «Buffalo Wings» in its name, then you should make sure you do those well. I don’t see myself coming back.

Had a great experience here. I sat at the bar and the bartenders were very conscientious and knew about the beer. My order was done quickly and everyone here is so friendly! My food was perfectly done and delicious. My to go order was just as prompt. I liked my selection of everything. I would definitely recommend for a franchise place here! They do a great job!!!

It took our waiter over 30 minutes to take our order, not one of the other two waiters that looked at us even asked if we have been helped. Our waiter even walk by our table several times and did not take our order. If the place was busy I could understand but when it’s a slow this kind of service is unacceptable.

If you have been to one BWWs you have been to them all. Their wings are just average and the rest of the food is uninspired.

Sigh, its buffalo wild wings so its exactly what you would expect. Bwws has somehow (despite having a consistent theme of poor service and only so-​so food) become the most popular chain restaurant in the US and are now freaking everywhere. The BWWs in sierra vista is better than the typical BWWs and is probably the most consistently busy restaurant in town. With the new wing chain opening up down the road I imagine its superiority might decrease slightly but who knows. Unsurprisingl, y its the go to place for Soldiers and locals alike for sports events. Its generally pretty packed on the weekends. Service tends to vary wildly depending on your server but would say dont expect the speediest of service. Food is usually on par although on a couple occasions I would say the buffalo chicken wrap has been lacking in the actual chicken department. Still, if you want to get out of the house, have a beer, and be surrounded by people, this is probably the safest bet in town.

All I know is the HOH Manager there Andre Thomas has some great customer service energy and skill. He took care of us during the switch to Sunday late NFL games and got us an awesome seat for our game and made sure we had great service. Best BWW experience yet.

We were looking for a place to eat on a Sunday. We are from Tucson and the BWW by our house has great wings but the service is really bad. We were hoping for better here. The food was good again but our appetizer and dinner orders were screwed up. We were just about the only people in the place but rarely saw our server. Most of the wait staff were congregated around one table that obviously had several of their friends sitting at it. I am normally notoneto complain but I have worked in restaurants and know that is not the way to get customers to return. Oh and p. s. i believe the owner or manager was there at the time. Extra bad. Again the food is good… if you are willing to endure terrible service. Must be a BBW thing

Worst service we’ve ever had. I wasn’t even able to flag down the manager to let them know. One visit was enough to this place. I’d be more understanding if it was packed and my server was super busy instead we saw him numerous times just chatting up other servers. He even walked right passed us and ignored us asking for refills.

I love this place! It’s a chain yes… I usually don’t dig big chains that much BUT I’m so glad they are in Sierra Vista because there isn’t much else here if you want to be around others and not outdoors… clean, friendly… it’s like a «Cheers» here in town where strangers become friends!

The food was great as always but the service in the afternoon is horrible! Our waitress didn’t know what was on happy hour and took 10 mins to find out, it was extremely warm in there and couldn’t find a manager to turn on the air and we didn’t even get napkins with our wings. This place needs to work on customer service. If it was just a one time thing I’d leave 3 stars but because it’s happen b4 this only gets 2 stars.

Crappy slow service. Inattentive barmaids and waitresses… every time, all the time

Meh. Beer? Meh. Wings? Yuck. Service? Meh. Appetizers? Meh. Very Meh overall… and it’s pretty pricey for meh.

Same as most BWWs, loud and sports on all of the time. Wings are good, and huge. They have a good variety of sauces to choose from. The beer selection is large, but not very broad since they mostly offer the usual suspects as far as large company domestics. Good wing specials on certain nights. Not as crowded as most other BWWs and you usually don’t have to wait long for a table as long as there aren’t any special games on.

It’s Buffalo Wild Wings, greasy food, cold drinks, loud music, loud games, and drunk fans. The service is hit or miss, sometimes the servers are amazing, always bringing refills, asking if everything is okay. Other times the place gets the order wrong and a waitress is hard to find.
Make sure you ask for a booth. They each have a small TV against the wall that you can change to any game you want.
